Love this dishwasher

It’s so quiet and it’s the first dishwasher I’ve had that I don’t have to rinse dishes first to assure they get clean

Beyond expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher because the one that came with our home stopped working. This dishwasher went above and beyond our expectations and looks wonderful in my kitchen. Gets my dishes sparkling clean. My favorite thing being someone who wears glasses is when it finishes washing and drying it opens itself to help cool off the dishes which means my glasses don’t instantly steam up and make it so I can’t see when getting dishes out!!! Love this dishwasher so much

We have had the KDTS424SPS for a month and love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced out Matag with this KitchenAid and we are very happy with it. We challenged it with baked on pasta dishes and it really did clean it completely with no pre-scrubbing! Our only critique is that it is too easy to accidentally activate the buttons whenever you open the door to put something in.

Love the dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that when I run a load at night it will pop open after it is finished so it doesn’t stay closed up with any wet dishes. I do not like the time it takes for a normal cycle but I am afraid most dishwashers are like this now.?

Exceeds expections!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new dishwasher was installed just over a month ago, and I have to say I am very pleased with it. Following a cycle, all dishes are clean without any baked on items remaining. It is very quiet and with an open kitchen/living room combination, lack of sound from the kitchen is very important. I'm very happy I replaced the old dishwasher with this one.

Great dishwasher

Loves the way it cleans
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this since Febuary2, 2026. And we love it it cleans so much beter then our last dishwasher. Love the way it opens up when it is done. We eat oatmeal in the morning. It gets the bowls clean. Old dishwasher I had to wash the dishes by hand the put them in the dishwasher. All the old one did was maybe sanitize.

Squeaky clean on shortest cycle

Love the third shelf where we put all of knives and odd sized things. Holds way more dishes than our 7 year old GE that barely cleaned dishes, right from the start.
Quiet and reliable. Also love that the filter is self cleaning.

Looks good, but not good work!

The controls did not work correctly until s service person was called. We would not repurchase another kitchen Aid product. We have used kitchennAid for 24 years... Not anymore!!!

Sooooo quiet!!

It is so spacious inside that Inhave no problem getting all of my dirty dishes in it easily. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!

Worthy Upgrade with Smart Design & Superior Drying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher to replace our 12-year-old KitchenAid, which had been incredibly reliable over the years (aside from replacing a few bottom rack wheels after about a decade). That experience made it easy to stick with the brand—and I’m so glad we did.
This new model has exceeded our expectations. The rack layout is thoughtfully designed and works perfectly for our needs. I was initially concerned that the third rack might take away space from the lower levels, but it’s actually one of my favorite features. It’s ideal for water bottle parts (like straws and lids), cooking utensils, cereal bowls, coffee cups, and more—while still leaving plenty of room below, especially on the right side for taller items.
Another standout feature is the drying performance. Dishes come out noticeably drier than they ever did with our old machine, which has been a huge plus.
Overall, this dishwasher combines the durability we trusted with a more functional design and improved performance. Highly recommend!

So far so good!

But I am really enjoying the extra rag on top, the top controls, how easy it is to wipe it down on the front without having to try to clean over the buttons, and how quiet it runs. My dishes are clean and dry and I always get a kick that it opens itself up when it's done. 😊

Serious upgrades for the money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it 2 weeks ago. Had a KA dishwasher for 18 yrs before it that performed well. Stayed with product bc of that. New KA dishwasher also has a 3rd top row but it has both a top spin arm and a rotating under arm in that top rack. Cleans great! Cabin is taller than previous washer so the space allows 3rd rack to still give room to tall items in glass and plate racks. Spinners are thinner now. Super quiet. Efficient. Dries well.

Great new features
