We love our new KitchenAid dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started by buying a similar priced and spec Bosch dishwasher- after a short two
weeks we encountered serious electronic control problems - and poor drying - after seeking help from Bosch we still had issues and had to remove and send back the Bosch - and replaced it with our KitchenAid - it is a much better machine - less fancy electronics to malfunction, it drys and performs wonderfully - highly recommend!

Finally clean dishes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features I absolutely love are the third rack, the large amount of space that can be adjusted, and finally the door popping open to let steam escape to aid in drying. My dishes are finally clean after purchasing the KitchenAid with 50+ sprayers. The third rack sprayers can still drip a little after drying so I’m emptying that one last to not have the middle and bottom rack dishes get wet. I’m very pleased overall with my KitchenAid. Thank you design team!

Quiet and Efficient

Happy With My New Aid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the Kitchenaid because I saw how well it worked for my sons family who did a lot of dishwashing!!!! I am happy. My top rack is much larger than the last one I had and I like the extra space. Still trying to figure out how to use it to its full potential. Hoping this lasts longer than my last DW which wasn’t cheap and died in 3 years. Never buying that brand again. Convinced we have to buy the plans now. In the past we had appliances that lasted so many years and only replaced when we were tired of them not because they didn’t work.

Beat dishwasher I have ever owned!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dishwasher a few weeks ago and I am extremely impressed on how well it cleans all the dishes. I love having the 3 racks which allows me to add so much more dishes and larger utensils. I am also impressed on how quiet it runs and I live how the door opens whe. It is finished. This brand and model is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned!

Everything you want in a Dishwasher

Professional installation, nice looking, full array of cycles, great results, and very quiet operation. Living up to KitchenAid/Hobart legacy. Also considered Bosch, but construction not nearly as solid as KitchenAid.

Solid! Third row is stellar.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. Solidly built, quality is evident. The third row is wonderful and versatile. Cleans beautifully, easy to load. I’ve recently moved twice, I’ve purchased Kitchenaide two times. I was extremely pleased each time. I purchased a competitor in between, no comparison. I was happy to be back to a Kitchen Aid. We even purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator this time.

Love this Kitchen Aid

I love the roomy third rack for not only utensils but smaller items (condiment bowls,shot glasses..etc). Express wash is great too because I usually rinse before I put in and I don’t need that longer wash cycle.

Excellent!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a few weeks ago and it works great! It has a large capacity compared to our old dishwasher. It cleans very well! The only issue we’ve had was with installation…the power cord length was a bit of a challenge. The soap dispenser also seems pretty flimsy.

Clean dishes, long cycle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher installed two weeks ago and has been doing a good job with our dishes. Cycles are twice as long as Bosch’s but the third rack is great. Its also a little more noisy than our previous Bosch but not too bad

Better than the last
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s better than the last dishwasher s and quieter but not as quiet as I thought it would be. Looks good but the stainless finish shoes a lot of finger prints. The capacity and dish loading options are good. Always hitting the top controls when opening and closing.

Damaged, crooked install- abysmal customer service
I'm honestly shocked at how poor the customer service experience we had with this dishwasher has been. The installation team not only installed the machine totally askew and crooked, so it sticks out about an inch further on one side than the other, but they also damaged my kitchen cabinets in the process trying to hammer the dishwasher in crooked. You can see in the photos how the left side of the machine is screwed in with a crude, sharp piece of metal that's sticking out from the cabinet frame- and how the right side is screwed in much farther back. Truly an absolute joke. The part that's been the most embarrassing for KtichenAid is that their customer service team told me THREE separate times that they would arrange for a different technician to come out and fix the crooked install, and every time that I've followed up they've had no updates for me. We never would have spent this much on a dishwasher had I known I would end up not only getting a damaged kitchen in the process, but also a worse looking appliance at the end of the day. The cheap 400 dollar dishwasher we had before this looked far better because it was installed properly and plumb. We worked really hard to afford a premium appliance like this and I could not be more disappointed in KtichenAid's service and handling of this situation. I cannot emphasize enough that you should spend your money elsewhere. I will never, ever shop with this brand again. Just a nightmare.
