[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for a couple of weeks are very happy with our purchase so far. It does a great job of cleaning and drying all the dishes. The top rack offers additional space for small cups, bowls and larger silverware, spatulas etc.. This has opened up space for us clean more pots and pans in the lower levels than our previous dishwasher. Because of the larger top rack though, there is a little less height on the middle rack than we are used to, which may impact larger water bottles.

Built to perform
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Kitchen-Aid (KDTM405PPS 1) dishwasher to replace our previous Kitchen-Aid which provided us great service for 21 years. The performance thus far has been excellent as expected. We like the third rack and how quiet it runs.

It has exceeded my expectations!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our choice of this dishwasher! It makes a better use of space than my last one. The “normal” wash on this one cleans better than the power wash on my Maytag, so I am very happy with the speed and efficiency at cleaning!

Great pick. Good value for the money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the machine for a couple of weeks now. It was amazingly easy to set up, and I can't even tell it's running because it is so quiet. The 3 tracks are so useful and the way options are great and fill all my needs. The cleaning cycle isn't too long and it has a nice exterior so it compliments my kitchen nicely.

Love the exterior design and handle

Great dishwasher

It's so nice!

Recommend this dishwasher!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and very happy we did. This dishwasher cleans so much better than my previous whirlpool model. Never need to scrub dishes before loading. Just rinse off any loose food debris, dishes come out sparkling. I am still getting used to the utensil holder, it has individual spots for each utensil. They get extremely clean just such a different way than I'm used to. Wouldn't prevent me from purchasing again.

Just perfect!

My dishes are now coming out well cleaned and sparkly . The cycles are quite and barely noticeable.The finger print resistant finish is just what I needed for a busy household.

KitchenAid my only appliance in the Kitchen

I do miss the front holder on the previous KitchenAid to simply drop serving utensils in. Love how easy it is to clean. Really love the company backing up the warranty on this one!!! Thank you!!!

Researched and confirmed great dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was delivered and installed about a month ago. I wanted to wait on the review to give it a break in time. It is perfect and operating just as "advertised". Super quiet and the capacity is terrific. The third "flex" rack is surprisingly effective and allows the other racks to hold the rest of the load easily. Since there are two of us we now are only having to do one load a day vs two for our old two rack unit. We went for the upgrade with the metal bearing glide racks and that feature also made the unit a improvement over the previous "plastic" roller racks. We have yet to use the extended dry option but with the exception of maybe a little water on top of a glass which isn't leaning over during the wash it dries everything great. That is nothing to be concerned about in our opinion. I'm sure it will be taken care of if we would use the extended dry but it is really a minor detail so we don't even bother with it.

Gorgeous Looking, now to get the dishes dry!

Great design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new dishwasher is quieter than the previous one I had. Also the rack design gives me more flexibility to place the pots and plates and uses space efficiently.
The only down side is it takes long time to complete a wash cycle, and it gives users less options to lower energy usage for a selected cycle (for example, reducing time)
