So sleek!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this put into our new home and love it! The motion sensor light adds a techy and fancy element to it, and the dual temperature zones are great for keeping both reds and whites happy. My only wish was to have one taller shelf on the top half like there is on the bottom for the larger white bottles.

Quiet, great size, reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our fourth wine cooler and it’s the best. Drawers work well, zones are nice and it looks great.

Very nice works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact it has two different temp zones! I use it everyday and I can’t wait to get more kitchen aid products.

Problem is above
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It replaces a Whirpool, and the design is not a good.
It will not hold the same number of bottles of wine the Whirpool did.

2 years old and now quit working
My unit unit was the only one offered by our builder. It worked well until a few weeks ago and now quit running. I'll care tomorrow for service but I don't like my chances of getting this repaired and especially without costing several hundreds of dollars.

Do not buy KitchenAid undercounter wine cellar!
Misleading wine bottle capacity. Shelves are too short to even accommodate the claimed eight Bordeaux bottles per shelf, considering that Bordeaux bottles are the most efficient size for alternating neck-to-shoulder storage. Expect your maximum storage to be 41 bottles (six Champagne bottles on the lower shelf if alternating neck-to-shoulder, and seven bottles on each of the other five shelves, with the seventh bottle laid at an angle). This was never a problem with my old Viking.

Leaking Refrigerant
Have the wine cooler and it has slowly been losing the refrigerant gas to where it is now only a 10 degree difference to the room temperature. Considered replacing until I saw the replacement pricing. Talk about price gouging. Looking for a repair tech who has the technical ability to 'break into the refrigerant system and install a valve to recharge the system with refrigerant. Suspect there is a very slow leak, considering the lack of manufacturing quality, and to inject a self-sealant agent as part of the refrigerant recharge to hopefully seal off the leak.

Looks nice, works decernt, misleading capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for almost two weeks now and was super excited when I saw it could hold so many bottles. In reality, it can only hold ~4 per row unless you have really short wine bottles which halves the amount of bottles. I read the manual and looked into how you're supposed to load this but still could not load 25ish average sized wine bottles much less the claimed 46.

Nothing more than a rattle-trap
Unbelievably annoying. Metal housing at bottom rattles and will not stop, even after service call, shims, leveling. Made even more intolerable by fact that this unit runs more frequently than it should because it is so poorly insulated. Just a horrible product.
