KitchenAid was always a High-end brand. Also invested in a really nice 900 CFM hood vent. So the two of them together work very nicely. I have cooked on the cooktop and baked a pie in the oven. I am very well pleased with the way that it cooks so evenly and that heat feature on that one burner really rocks when you’re in a pinch and something to boil fairly quickly.

The cool down motor runs for a bit after using the oven. Once you set to your temperature and time for baking, and you clean while cooking like I do, you have to be careful not to touch the display panel as there is no locking mechanism to hold your programming. Overall I wouldn’t trade it and am very happy we made the purchase!

I’m constantly amazed by these appliances they truly are top of the line. Even our 23 year old grandson commented that he must be getting old because he was impressed by appliances.

I love the arrangement of the burners on the glass top. They cook so evenly and consistently. It is easy to control the heat as you cook. The oven is wonderfully large with heavy duty racks. I absolutely love the extra large window in the oven. I can keep an eye out as I cook. There are features I haven’t even tried yet. But I’m glad to have them. My only wish was that the oven would heat a bit faster. But that’s just me being part of the fast paced life wanting everything quick. We are really happy with this range. It is beautiful, it is the showpiece of our kitchen.

We ordered a cooktop cleaning and it has proven todo the job very satisfactory. Ordering the kit however was difficult and confusing. A kit should be supplied with the purchase. I learned later that a free kit was available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Kitchenaid slide in island range in January 2024,to replace a Samsung when the oven stopped working after the third year. This range heats super fast and maintain heats. I love the large element that has 3 different sized heating elements. As a home canner, this element is s big plus. The oven is nice and roomy and bakes beautifully. It also compliments my Kitchenaid double ovens.

The dots that mark the burners look like crumbs that have been left on the surface and I am still trying to figure out how to use the various burners. I like the sleek appearance and the flat control panel but every time I clean that part of the stove, I press one or more of the operating buttons. My old KitchenAid range was almost 25 years old and it was much easier to clean. Finally, I like the larger oven capacity. A significant improvement over my old KitchenAid range. This range does a lot and I m still learning how to use it.

The three elements of the front left burner allow me to get my wok hot enough for my cooking. Other units could not do that. Temperatures controls of the stove work very well. I did install a stainless steel backsplash on the wall. It brings unity to the KA range and KA u-wave unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still adjusting to a electric range from a gas model, but am excited to use the features included in this one. I will say that having not had an electric stove in over twenty three years I am suitably impressed with how quickly it gets hot and retains heat. The "proof" feature for baking breads is especially enticing. I like the oven light and door because the contents are not the least bit obscured and it is appealing to look at while checking for doneness. My only gripe in the past 6 weeks of use is that I wish the digital display was on the front of the stove, rather than the top near the heat surface. I often find myself looking over to the stove to find out how much time is left on a bake and then realize that I have to physically walk over to stand over the top of the range. Not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research when it was time to purchase a new range and ultimately decided on the KitchenAid. Initially, I intended to buy another brand but when I saw this range, I had to look closer, and I’m so happy I did. Of course, it’s about as stylish and beautiful as an electric range can possibly be and it’s the most beautiful thing in my kitchen, but it has all the features you need, and ones you didn’t know you needed until you got them. The oven is spacious, with plenty of racks for multiple dishes. There is even an extra rack with a pan for water (both removable) for steam baking. I also love the proof setting for making dough for homemade breads. The temperature of the oven is accurate and evenly distributed and the easy convect feature makes it so easy for someone unfamiliar with convection cooking. The stovetop gets a lot hotter than my previous range, so I usually cook on low or slightly above low for most things, unless I’m boiling water. It’s very easy to clean up and with proper care, I expect it to remain beautiful for years to come! I am very pleased with my purchase and feel I received a great value for the price.
