Excellent oven koes527
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple returns on the new Koes727pss for mother board and sensor problems right after installation, we found a discontinued model of the 527 (which is the predecessor to
the new 727 model) This is what a KitchenAid oven should be. All touch button with no scrolling to get through screens. Works as an oven should with perfect temp control and as usual for KitchenAid, a well built oven. Roller rack is a must, even glides with a heavy turkey on it. 2 lights, one on either side of inside is great. Soft close door is very functional. Oven is insulated very well, takes about an hour to loose a 100 degrees while cooling down. Oh and the best part is you can hear the timer alarm sound, previous newer 727 model was not audible at all.

Wonderful large modern air fryer & oven.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely pleased with this oven. Can't believe how quickly it preheats. I love the smooth gliding rack with handles. Overall great user friendly oven, just wish it would have come with a manual and/or air fryer cookbook.

New 27" single wall oven w/convection & air fryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this oven for several months now. Still getting used to all the settings and using the air fryer. I'm replacing another KitchenAid 27" oven with Convection setting which I loved. I'm still learning this new oven. I do find the door seems a lot bigger then my old oven which makes getting things in and out a little harder. It does have a very nice roll out shelf and I moved that into the most used position which makes it a little easier for removing food. Very nice looking. My first stainless appliance. I love the lighting in the oven. Very bright. Like I said still feeling my way with the new cooking options and settings. I hate that they don't have a good user manual with the appliance. You have to do everything on line with everything it seems now a day.

Great Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace a 30 year old Whirlpool oven. I did not realize how outdated the old oven was til we started using this one! No more burnt on top and not done in middle rolls. This one seems to preheat quicker and cooks everything more even. We've had it a month now and extremely pleased so far!

I love the “extension” rack. Also the blue color.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new oven…nice features. The one thing I have noticed is the amount of heat which comes from the vent at the bottom of the oven. Feels good when the weather is cold, but may be extremely uncomfortable in warmer weather.

Beautiful KitchenAid Wall Oven

Great oven

Beautiful Stainless Steel oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this KitchenAid wall oven, with the soft closing door. It was very easy to install, and easy to use. We tried the Air Fry mode to make sweet potato fries, and they were delicious. With two oven lights, its much brighter than my old oven.

Review of single wall oven.

The timer sound is so soft, it is hard to hear and I cannot find any way to reset to louder. The manual is quite skimpy on how to use. Mostly installation guidlines.

GREAT OVEN, WORST SUPPORT EVER ENCOUNTERED
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven, but the lack of clear instructions caused me to scratch the porcelain interior, and I am very upset about it.
Also, when I tried to return an additional part, the website insisted that there was no account attached to my email address! When trying to sign in, constantly required me to change my password, then never sent the link. I spent SEVEN HOURS TRYING TO GET SUPPORT. I finly found a link to speak to a real person. The Kitchenaid website is the WORST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!!

Great oven, quiet timer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new KA wall oven (replacing our older, 16+ year old one) last month. It’s beautiful to the eye and love that it does conventional cooking, regular oven and air frying although all we’ve used is the regular oven. Our first batch of cookies was burned because we didn’t hear the timer go off. Now that we know we need to be near the oven in a set period of time, we can hear the ever-so-soft timer go off. Also, the new ones sure aren’t built like the old ones. Our older KA model was built like a tank. This new one sounds like it needs an adjustment to the oven door but it really doesn’t. Other than these two issues, it’s great to have a working oven again! We purchased the same brand to avoid any costly cabinet modifications.

Great oven but door doesn’t close smoothly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given this a 5 but there is something weird about the way the door closes. It does not close smoothly but tends to move slightly to the right and then closes. It may be that the install was not done correctly I don’t know.
I cooked my first thanksgiving turkey in it this year using the convection bake and the turkey was beautiful and delicious. Love the air fry also.

Beautiful oven, bakes great

The door looks like it cants out slightly. Probably not noticeable to most, but when you have a new anything installed you scrutinize it.

So far so great.

Temperature seems to run a bit higher than I'm used to so it will take some recipe adjustments. Manual is online and missing things I would like to know. Need more information and suggested uses.

and it’s still working so I think it’s a keeper
Be sure to run it on high on all three burners i.e. heating elements until the odors are burned off

No Owner's Manual
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really like the wall oven. However, it did not come with an owner's manual. This model includes an air fryer. I've never used an air fryer and would very much like to know how to use it. Too bad I can't look it up in an owner's manual. Online, I've only been able to find information about your counter top air fryer. Help please?

Not what I expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is not what I expected.... I'm not sure what I expected except that it would bake like my old oven. I have to be very careful not to have my cookie sheet slide clear back to the back because food will brown faster back there than up front. The oven door is an auto closer so you just bring it up about 4 inches from the oven and it will automatically close. If I try and close it myself it hits on the upper right side of the oven and we've checked several times and the oven is level in the cabinet. Also the timer is VERY VERY QUIET, I don't know how to get it louder. I would say the only thing I love about the oven is the blue interior and the big clear oven window. LOVE LOVE those.

Horrible oven temperature variance of up to 50°
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the size and the variety of racks. What we HATE is the temperature variance of up to 50° on the cooking temperature which makes the oven very hard to use. When baking items such as cakes and muffins you need exact temperature so they bake evenly and brown on the top, not come out pale and hard. When cooking a roast I had to increase to 400° in order for it to cook and not at the 325°. When we stated this they sent out a repair person in which we were told it was covered under warranty but we were forced to pay the bill as we were then told this was normal for Kitchen Aid Wall ovens. We would not have bought it or paid what we did if we knew it had this defect. When I emailed on their webpage I basically got a generic reply to set up a service appointment to have it calibrated. I called Whirlpool and the person there said it should not have this variance in temperature by more than 10° (which I still feel is too much) but when talking to the service repair person we were told again that 50° variance is normal. SO, who is lying to us????? If it is true that the variance of 50° is normal, then it should be stated very clearly in the material and details about this product, which it is not...So what do you do with an oven that does not cook correctly?

Careful! This oven is not SMART. No app control.
Just purchased this oven and was disappointed to learn that it is not "Smart" and does not offer app control even though the specifications say it works with an app and supports alexa. Very disappointing. I would not have purchased this oven (And the other appliances to go with it) had I know. Kitchenaid, please fix your specs.

Great oven poor service from store
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is great , the service not so great, Door is not sitting correctly but it has been over a month and was told by store it could be 6 mons and even then, if the door comes damaged, it would need to be reordered
Why would a damaged replacement door even be sent out or why would it be sent out without good shipping practices to keep the door from getting damaged
