Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the oven and microwave are excellently built. The user interface is easy to use and the microwave’s preset algorithms work amazing well. We replaced a 20 year old black KitchenAid built in combination oven with this stainless steel unit. The big outage in my opinion with KitchenAid/Whirlpool is their bad customer service. Every time I contact them I’m left scratching my head wondering how they can be that large a company and have such lousy customer service.

Great oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great oven! First of all the design is beautiful. Cooks great. Haven’t used the pizza attachment yet. Looking forward to that. Everything else works flawlessly. If I had to say one thing that I don’t like. Takes a bit long to preheat.

Love, love, love this appliance!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long and painful wait , I am thrilled and completely happy with my oven-micro combo! Especially the grill feature in the bottom oven and the much quicker pre-heat time compared to my older model. Also , the convection microwave crisps up a pizza like nobody’s business. The pleasant ring tones are also nice along with the clean lines that looks perfect in my updated kitchen.

Really smart!

Easy to use

KitchenAid stayed true to its commitment by replacing the entire oven when the previous one had issues. Love the microwave and smart oven. We are dedicated pizza makers and the pizza stone works beautifully.

Best combo EVER

Great ovens but digital controls not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ovens perform very well; sturdy etc. They cook well and are beautiful. The only are of dissatisfaction is the digital controls and controls. The menus and descriptions are not always intuitive and setting (programming) the oven prior to actually cooking in it has required time and attempts.

The little negative is the microwave seems to cook slower, but just need to get use to it. The touch pad was very easy to understand again much improved, so far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The additional features included with this appliance are great and they make cooking at home a pleasure and easy. Installation needs to be double checked due to occasional shutdowns of the appliance that requires a trip to the fuse box to correct.

Needs more clear usage and instruction manual

In order to understand how to actually use it you need to search the internet for videos and manuals. For the cost I think throwing in a manual would be helpful. I can't really speak to the usage of it because it is so difficult to understand at present. It is pretty and well made but it isn't really useful if I don't have the instructions to use it.

Not Meeting KitchenAid Standards
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had many difficulties with this oven. I n the first two months, it was operational only three or four days. We have had five repair visits and only a senior technician with help from KitchenAid engineers could determine that a factory assembly error caused the operational problems. For the last two weeks, it seems to be working correctly.
