Great microwave so farr
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older model with a lot more choices under menu items however the new microwave cooks just as well with fewer menus. The buttons are harder to push with index finger but work fine if the thumb is used.

Best microwave ever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door on our old microwave cracked so we needed a new one. There’s a lot of microwaves to choose from but this one had all the features we wanted at a reasonable price point.

Love how quiet it is
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave runs quieter than any previous one we’ve had. It also seems to heat items better and quicker. The reheat option works well. The only thing that could be improved is to make the light underneath brighter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love the microwave for many reasons.. It's extremely easy to use, I can actually see everything without my glasses on and's it has a handle, which was a bit difficult finding a microwave that had everything and a handle. The only feature I am unhappy with is the fan speeds... there's not a lot of difference between high, medium and low and it can be a bit on the noisy side but other than that, it's a win-win for me.

Nice upgradw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and I’m still getting use to it but overall I’m pleased with it. I gave it 4 stars because I would like for the under the counter light to be brighter(even the brightest setting in too low for me) And I would prefer an owners manual that gives directions on how to use not just an owners manual to install. I paid to have them delivered and installed I don’t need that manual. I have downloaded the app but still haven’t been able to find tutorials on how to use yet. I hope to be able to research more but I am old school and prefer a operational manual.

Works fine - needed more instructional help

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model as a replacement for a previous KitchenAid model since it fit into the space. Microwave seems to work well. Disappointed in the keyboard-not as intuitive as previous. Plus, the over the cooktop light is worthless - not nearly enough light. And the light is covered with frosted glass to further lessen the output. Doesn't make any sense. Very poor design. And KitchenAid's response to this issue has been indifferent at best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sorry to say I am disappointed with this appliance. While the fan is FANTASTIC, the light is AWFUL!!! It is dark. Don't know why the panel doesn't light up when the door is opened. I have to have a flashlight next to it to see any of the options. It is rediculas that there is no manual. I wanted to heat up soup, could on find out how to reheat a casserole!!!

Very very disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave brand new about 3 months ago, and it stopped working suddenly. I can’t use it for anything. It is unacceptable to have such an incredibly poor experience from a supposedly reputable brand. And during the short time it worked, the light bulb inside of it was too dull / weak.
