Nice Range

Fantastic range. Love the oven size

Everything works perfectly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 15 year old Jennair and are very pleased with our purchase. We have been using it for about a month and we do a lot of cooking. All burners on the gas range light immediately and adjust flawlessly. We have used all of the baking functions on the oven with perfect results. The "proof" function is a huge win! Haven't yet tried the broiler.
We are very happy and look forward to cooking through the 2025 holidays!

The Dual Fuel Glory: Precision Meets Consistency
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the beauty of dual fuel, and where this range truly shines:
Gas Cooktop Control (10/10): The gas burners are fantastic. They offer that immediate, granular control that electric coils simply can't do. Whether I'm hitting a rapid boil or just holding a delicate simmer for a sauce, the temperature control is excellent and responsive. I do not think anyone really needs 5 burners to begin with. So having a downdraft brings more utility to the kitchen
Electric Oven Baking (9/10): As expected from an electric oven, the baking performance is superb. The Convection system spreads heat very well. All my cakes, cookies, and roasts have come out consistently browned and cooked through. I genuinely love this oven for baking. Although it does take some time to heat up, it is simply a minor tradeoff.

From Bad to Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tonight is the first time I got to cook on my new stove. I learned a lot about it when I hired a plumber to bring in a gas line as the old stove was electric. I saw how the downdraft would exit and where the new gas line would attach. The stove installer had to move the gas line as it was going to block the downdraft location. When we got it all together the gas line was leaking gas so we had to call the plumber back out to fix it. He came and he squirted the fitting and said it was fine and left. I called the installer and he came and we all agreed the gas line was leaking so we called the plumber again. We bought a tool that checks for leaks and proved to him something he did was wrong and to put in a new fitting which he did. The installer came out today and installed the downdraft under the house and got my beautiful stove installed. It looks beautiful and works like no other stove I have ever owned. It is fabulous.

Pleasantly surprised!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way it looks. I was skeptical as no simmer, however it's not needed. The four different sized burners and the ability to turn them to low made it unnecessary.
Also, loving the steam bake and the ability to do a quick oven clean without all the burned smell

Happy with new range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been looking for a range to replace our JennAir Dual Fuel, downdraft range. There aren't many options as some of you may know. We are VERY HAPPY with the switch to Kitchen Aid. Granted, our old range was 25 years old, but it never performed as nicely as the new Kitchen Aid. If even feels sturdier, not to diss the other brand, but this one is so much nicer. The flames are even all around with no hot spots. The oven keeps an even temperature without reminding it every 5 minutes what the temperature is supposed to be. The different sized burners work well for our different size pots and pans.
If there is one thing that is a little troublesome is that the controls respond easily when touched, even when just reaching across the top. We have to hit the cancel button often when working on the cooktop. I am sure we will get used to that.
The oven is larger, and I love the extended pull-out shelf.
It has been a great purchase!

While it is a duplicate of the range we replaced, it is 100% better and we are very happy with it. I would highly recommend it. When you say dual fuel, and downdraft, you severely limit yourself but, for us, now that we have finally received this range, we couldn't be happier!

Love, love, love!

Love the store, but the timer is horrible

Great downdraft dual fuel slide-in range!

Had to have a downdraft and thankfully they are still made and made very well by Whirlpool Corp. We looked at a similar JennAir model but preferred the burner (gas) control knobs [location] on the KitchenAid

Amazing style and features!

I love all of the features

Good stove no operators manual

One negative feature is I did not get an operators manual with this appliance and could not get anyone to answer the phone at the parts department to ask for one.

Best Downdraft Range on the Market.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main selling point for me on this is it being a downdraft. I have an open concept kitchen and don't have an overhead fan (or want one), so having a down draft was critical. The range is sleek and modern looking. The top grills come apart easily for cleaning. The only two complaints I have thus far are: no rapid reheat and it peaks out at 500 degrees. Other than that, I love it.
