Great new double oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we love it. It works great. If I had to complain about something it would be that the oven takes a long time to preheat, especially the smaller tip oven. But it bakes well, both ovens do and the burners work well. The oven looks great in our kitchen!

Stunning oven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous oven. Seriously beautiful. Has a bit of an industrial look and feel but I love that. I’ve had both ovens going at once plus burners and preformed perfectly. A bit spendy so I hope it lasts awhile but I love it!

A normal kitchen

Really decent range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy the dual oven feature so we can prepare meals needing two separate temperatures. We did notice that the glass cooktop is already showing cook marks around the burners, though. It’s only been two weeks and we can’t remove these spots.

Happy I made the purchase

Very roomy cooktop

Exactly what we wanted and needed!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are KitchenAid fans. Prior to purchasing this stove, we had the exact same double stove, only your gas
version. Both of us are retired and our vision is very poor, to make matters worse, we are very clumsy. We spill everything and it seems like we knock over things on a continuous basis. Neither of us was ever like this. I guess it is part of the old age process. Anyway, we noticed a strong gas smell on several occasions. On your gas version, the knobs are in the front. It turns out that after using the stove and cleaning up, we were hitting the far right knob and accidentally turning on the gas. After figuring out what we were both doing, we decided on purchasing a smooth top. It turns out that KitchenAid makes the exact model with a smooth top, only the knobs are located on the back area, rather than the front. We immediately purchased it and are very happy. Plus the safety aspect was worth the hassle of trying to sell our three year old gas stove. Our neighbor does social media and was extremely kind and listed our KitchenAid Double Oven Gas stove. We received 5 calls and sold it in two days.

Great Products - Abysmal Customer Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding product that is beautiful and functional in my kitchen. The double oven is great. Cooktop heats quickly and evenly. I highly recommend this range. I also purchased a Convection, Air-fry, Microwave oven from Kitchenaid. This product is also outstanding. However, I did have a simple question about the microwave, so I used the Kitchenaid Messenger site to seek an answer. The site is slow; the response was to look at the manual (I already had - that was why I was asking a question). No answer when I asked for a simple Yes or No on a simple question. While I love all my Kitchenaid products, and I have many, customer service is abysmal.

Double Ovens are great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range a month ago. I am loving the double oven feature. I use the top more as a broiler, but it can bake anything in a more shallow pan. Things to consider, do you mind bending over further for the bottom oven. I don’t mind at all and like how it gives me option to bake at two different temps. I also like the proof feature which is only the bottom oven.

Looks like a quality range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's living up to my expectations. The oven cooks evenly. The stove top boils quickly and simmers nicely. The bread proofing was an added bonus, which I am enjoying. I had an old Maytag double oven which I LOVED. I was sad to see it go and nervous to replace it. The only dislike with this new one is the solid black glass cook top. It's shiny and hard to keep it looking nice. The Maytag also had a Schott Ceran glass top, but it was black with white speckles, it was very forgiving. I think that's about the only thing I'd change right now.

Love Double Oven / Cooks Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our range for a few months now and I am very happy with it. I've figured out most of the features, but haven't tried the convection feature yet. We have all white appliances in our kitchen, so I was glad we were able to get the range in white too. I've gotten compliments on it. It looks great. Some places I looked online didn't carry white. Oven & cooktop cooks very well. It just took a little while to figure adjusting burners, but I'm pretty much used to it now. The only minor negative for me is the dots on top surface indicating where the burners are. When I walk by it, I sometimes think there is something on it. When we have family dinners, my daughters try to clean off the dots too. I personally think it would look better if it had the circles instead of the dots. For me it would be easier to see where to center pots & pans, especially on the multi-size burners, instead of trying to locate the dots. But as I said, this is just a minor annoyance. Having a double oven is great. Overall I really like my range & I would recommend it.

Love double oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sadly had to retire the KitchenAid double oven that I purchased in 2010. I loved that oven but sadly, the thermostat started to act up and unfortunately, I was not able to get a replacement part. So I decided to get a duplicate of the oven that I love so much. I love the changes that were made to this model. I think the top oven is larger than the original one I had. which I love. Everything so far has been fine. I’m very careful about cleaning up the glass top as soon as something spills on it and every time I use it, I clean it right away. I also like the new knobs and black background on the screen screen screen. I think that the stainless will not wear off like the prior model. So far so good.

Awesome features for the value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased at Thanksgiving and has been a great range since. Upper over great for quick meals and the burners are very precise and even cooking. Only issue is the knobs are a little flimsy so I hope they last, the rest of the unit is very sturdy.

I like the large burners for my large pots and pans.
