Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received last week and I love it! Easy to learn features and there are a lot. Our water bottles were a little too tall to fit but we just bought new. Programmable water dispenser is great. Divided freezer/refrigerator on the bottom is very useful. Shelving in top area is graduated in depth which I was not sure of but has been great.

That flexible space is wonderful. We are using it as refrigeration space and not freezer at this time.
Our previous refrigerator was 20 years old. How the bells & whistles have progressed in that time.

Stylish, Roomy and Pyramid Ice
We purchased this refrigerator to utilize the flex temp zone for refrigeration and for the stylish interior with upgraded drawer tracks. This refrigerator does not disappoint. The interior is roomier than our previous counter-depth bottom freezer Jenn-Air and is intuitively laid out to access high frequency items like milk and other drinks. The glass shelves, wheeled drawer tracks, and wood-like accents on the gray interior are really impressive and unique to the Kitchenaid brand. The pyramidal ice from the dispenser is a nice touch and the cubes don't melt as quickly as the puck ice. We didn't have any idea what the ice shape or size would be when purchased, so it was a nice surprise. The flex temp zone is very valuable space for additional produce and food prep containers. The bottom pull out shelves and the drawers are easily accessible, as well as much easier to visually ascertain what you have stored in them.
The first refrigerator delivered had a defective control panel, and service was offered, however, we used the 30-day return policy and had a new one delivered. If service is completed, you can't have it replaced - so read the fine print in case of this happening. Although much time was spent on calls to the Kitchenaid service center and we kept getting connected to different departments, the reps were all helpful.

Excellent Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the 4 door option is great. We use the 3rd door as another refrig for salad goods. That makes the freezer options smaller but we have a other freezer in the garage so we keep the freezer in the house to a minimum. The sliding shelf allows us to keep taller bottles on the shelf rather than side doors. The layout is incredible and allows freedom to store goods as needed. This is the best fridge we'd ever had.

Great Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over a month ago. I am used to bigger refrigerators, but I love the style and some of the functions of this. It might be a little more challenging to fit large items ( e.g. gallon of milk, even though it does fit.
I still love it and would buy again.

Optional refrigerator/freezer space is convenien.

Clever and Sophisticated Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I can’t see it, it doesn’t exist. At least that’s how am with food in my fridge. With this KitchenAid fridge, it’s much less of a problem! I love how the fridge design is laid out where you’re able to see most things when you open the doors. There’s less opportunity to lose food in the back when everything is at your fingertips. Don’t think that means it doesn’t have enough space, it’s just thoughtfully designed!
I LOVE the freezer layout. The side doors + the drawers make for clever organization. All breakfast foods in one drawer, frozen veggies in another. The flex section is an awesome addition, though we currently use it as a freezer due to our large family size and need for more freezer space. I did test the option for it to be a drink fridge and it worked great.
My kids are a big fan of the external water and ice dispenser. We have had to clear out the ice a few times to prevent clogging. My suggestion would be to prevent your kids from changing it to cubed to crushed then back to cubed every 10 minutes.
That should help the issue.
Finally, the details on this fridge are STUNNING! I love the wood trim and knurled handles. They make the fridge look elevated and chic!

KitchenAid 4-door refrigerator with flexible temperature zone is amazing and very energy efficient, it runs so quiet. I love the modern look. It's so easy to clean, has so many features touchscreen panel, wine bottle holder that can be taken out also, ice maker, water dispenser different temperature zones. Very nice led lighting. Shelves are unique and adjustable. Drawers are deep and temperature control. Overall it's very great quality, I definitely recommend you won't be disappointed.

Absolutel dream fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is so quiet and energy efficient. It holds a lot of food. The fridge shelves have two height positions, by rotating the brackets either vertical or horizontal. The lights come on dim, and brighten, and you can see everything, compared to the typical bulbs. The temperature remains perfect, both the fridge and freezer. Installation was a breeze. We absolutely LOVE this fridge!

If you're looking for a fancy refrigerator for a small family or share a home, this is it. Some of the best features are • PrintShield finish • 4-Door counter depth design with exterior ice and water dispenser • Can change from cubed ice to crushed • Touchscreen control panel • Adjustable flexible temperature zone • Store, organize and access ingredients with ease • Interior wood look trim sliding storage trays and metallic accent colors • Can easily make room for tall items with the slide away top shelf • Marked crisper bins • Adjustable bins in the doors • And one of the best of best features is it runs quietly. The only negative thing is that tall items like a gallon jug or pitchers will only fit on the top shelf, and a large pizza box won't fit since this is counter depth size. However, a medium pizza will fit into the top shelf space, see pics.

This fridge is EVERYTHING.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator can do it all. At first, I was a little worried about the storage capacity, because my old refrigerator was bigger as far as cubic feet- but it's actually not an issue at all because of how this unit is laid out. I somehow have MORE room with "less" space, it's wild. It's a finger-print resistant stainless steel outside, which is no lie. It's gorgeous inside, with LED lighting, smoked glass and wood-like accents. There are so many drawers and cubbies, and the bottom right hand side can be a fridge OR freezer to suit your needs. It has a drink caddy, which is so great for entertaining. The top shelf in the dedicated fridge (the top half) has a slide so you can sit tall things (like a gallon of milk) on the second shelf. The touch screen has a ton of features- timers for marinating meat, as well as custom timers you can set. It stores recipes for you, and will dispense water for those recipes if it calls for it. There are several preset water functions (from a 3 oz Americano up to 40 oz water bottles). One of my favorite features so far is the "rapid cooling" feature- this unit was chilled and ready for my groceries an HOUR after it was plugged in. And there's a preset to use this feature when you're bringing in a big grocery haul! I've honestly never been more impressed by an appliance. It really has improved my life, even if that sounds silly to say.

Sleek and smooth upgrade to kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely sleek and smooth refrigerator that makes the space look fancy and high end. The drawers pull out smoother than any fridge I have ever used (including higher end brands). The wine rack is a very nice touch and can pull out. The space on the doors could be a bit bigger but it’s usable. They thought about the little touches that help make the fridge more usable (like one shelf can slide back to make space for a tall item). The touchscreen is very responsive and easy to set and use. Everything came packaged very well. Can’t tell the fridge is on when it’s plugged in, which is great if you can’t stand a fridge that hums. Overall amazing fridge!

Fantastic fridge and beverage cooler in one
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this item for my honest review. I really love this four-door French door refrigerator. It has a lot of room when you use all the drawers and shelves. The top shelf is fantastic because it slides in and out. The quadrant of the fridge that has the flexible temperature zone is great for chilling beverages. I am currently using it as my wine cooler. Lastly, I am really enjoying the pre-sets on the water dispenser. When I make my protein smoothie in the morning, I don’t have to think. All I do is hit my preset and I’m ready to go. This is a fantastic refrigerator.
