Ice box area could be better thought out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and functionality of this refrigerator. It is quiet and efficient to run with the small doors. If I could change one thing, it would be the ice drawer. The scoop is too long & narrow, it doesn't work well with scooping the size of ice cubes it makes. I had a shorter wider one we use instead that fits right in front of the ice box. I wish the space you created for your scoop wasn't there and I had a bigger box for more ice. But it does make ice quickly so I never seem to run out on a day to day basis, but I know it won't be enough when I have company. I love the pull our shelves in the freezer area.

People who comment on missing features, such as filter, did not pay attention to specs. Do your research. My only tiny complaint is that the metal drawer knobs in freezer are painfully cold.

Great features! Love the ice cubes

I was a little concerned about having enough room since my old refrigerator was huge but this one is fine, and I love the 4 doors. I also thought I would miss the ice in the door but I like this better. It has a much sleeker look and the ice cubes don't fly all over.

Sleek design and great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we were planning to upgrade our kitchen, we didn’t initially look at refrigerators; however, once we saw it at the appliance store, we included it in our plan. We have had multiple comments on its sleek look and I really like its features - especially the side-by-side refrigerator and freezer compartments. The design of the freezer helps keep things well organized and easy to access.

We purchased this refrigerator in May for a kitchen remodel, it was not installed until completion of our renovation at the end of August 2024. I chose this model for its counter depth because the footprint of our space is small and our big ol french door model with big handles blocked the flow at the end of our peninsula. A plus was the beautiful interior. The wood look accents and stainless knobs on bins. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It fits our space perfectly and is super easy to clean. The smaller capacity is not a problem for us, we are a two person household and things would get lost in our old and much larger capacity fridge and freezer. Keeping this organized is a dream. I did not want extra bells and whistles, no water dispenser as we have filtered water at our sink. I love the ice maker and the scoop. The drawers in the freezer are genius! The big drawer freezer in our old model was difficult to sort through. I ordered and cancelled several other models because after really looking at the specs, few were truly counter depth. All refrigerators will need to stick out of cabinets as bit to allow for opening, this is minimal and without bulky handles, it is perfection. I was skeptical about some claims that produce lasted longer in this model, I can report that this is true. I am beyond pleased with this purchase. I hope it lasts long, I don't want to shop for major appliances again any time soon.

Looks and works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and love it. Perfect size for us. Well designed and looks great. Cleans easily and does not show fingerprints. Makes ice quickly. Only downside is the ice scoop is an awkward size that makes it hard to get full scoop of ice out but not enough of a problem to lose a star.

Very nice design, great features!

All is good, except we found that its ring bell (when a door is open) is not loud enough to be heard from another room, and it operates for a short time and then stops (while the door is still open). This needs to be addressed in the future models. Curious if it can still be fixed in our unit?

Love the sections and wide shelves.

It is like a side by side only this one is in sections that allow wider shelves for larger tray foods to be placed.

Replaced 32 year old KitchenAid refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to replace a 32 year old KitchenAid refrigerator. I needed a counter depth and one that didn’t require removing cabinets above it. It has been great. Like the four doors much better than the side by side model we had before. The ice is plentiful and easy to get to. The freezer compartment stays neat in the four drawers instead of all thrown into one large bin.

Classic,Functional, and Well designed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shopping for a new refrigerator to fit into a 70”x36”x26’wall cabinet opening is a daunting task. Few manufacturers provide high end features on this small of a unit. The KitchenAid 4 panel door, matte stainless was perfect. Stylish, Flat Front, no handles, and Wood accent interior w/ice bucket dispenser was a custom fit! Built in look w/out the built in price.

Great choice

Very pleased!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our fridge for about a month now and are really pleased. We previously had a French door and while shopping for a new one, we considered the ones with a bottom drawer but accessing things in the back of that drawer seemed very inconvenient. The four door variety is much more practical and the ability to have 2 different freezer temp's is innovative. We love the lack of handles and overall aesthetics. One thing I would promote more if I were Whirlpool/Kitchenaid is the variable capacity motor. Instead of simply on or off, the compressor in this fridge can ramp up when extra cooling is required and ramp down to save energy. That's why this is an Energy Star fridge. One more thing: The ice this fridge makes is much better than the through the door Whirlpool model we previously owned. The cubes don't clump together or taste bad and they're much larger.

Great refrigerator
Love my refrigerator. More room as no water dispenser. Great look and functions well. Love the four doors. It really is a "no" fingerprint finish, as all you do is with occasionally and they are gone.

Beautiful fridge

Even though my old fridge was 27 cubic feet and this one is 19 cubic feet, I can fit almost as mych food inside, especially in fridge area. I wanted counter-depth and due to opening, I was limited due to height specifications. Only has ice maker, no water dispenser. Unable to swing bottom left freezer door all the way open due to being next to wall. Therefore bottom left freezer drawer will only come out half way. Not a big issue.

The things I love
I love my new frig. It seems to have so much more room than my older frig that fit in the same space. I love the freezer shelves that are flat. Also, the refrigerator shelves are deeper than my last counter depth frig. I love the ice it produces, looks like the old fashion ice cubes made in trays. The ice compartment came with a bin with 3 sections. One I guess for other food, one for the scoop and one for the ice. I wish there was one bin that would hold more ice. Please let me know if that is an option.

Nice Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our KitchenAid around 6 weeks ago. My wife and I both love it, but it's just the 2 of us now that our kids have grown. I can see where a family of 4 or more may need more room, but we love the aesthetic inside features and the sleek outside as well. Its plenty large enough for the 2 of us. We are very happy.
