Beautiful interior with many great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our other refrigerator for this this counter depth and it fits perfectly in our kitchen. Makes a big difference in the space. The interior is beautiful with plenty of space for everything. Everything works perfectly and is very simple to put on vacation with the touch of a button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it and can’t believe all the room it has inside. If I had any complaint it would be that when you push in the shelf for taller items, it’s great but the shelf doesn’t extend back flush with the back part of the shelf, it’s is lower and for someone with OCD , it’s frustrating not to have a level shelf.

Great Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago. It is perfect for us. Just waiting for a replacement drawer. The big drawer at the bottom inside the top of the fridge. The drawer says Tempature Controlled. It is warped.

Two is Better Than One
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator so much at our Arizona home that we had to have the same at our summer home. We have had the one in Az 5 years and the interior design and layout is so space efficient and we have had no problems. So why not have two?

Beautiful fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this refrigerator for about a month. Le and it works great. It’s absolutely beautiful inside, by far the nicest I have seen. We went from a kitchenaid side by side refrigerator that was about 8ish years old to this one. Our old refrigerator had the water filter up to and it started to leak so I was looking for a new one with the filter towards the bottom when I stumbled upon this beauty. If you need more fridge space and less freezer space, which is something I wanted also, then this will be perfect. I have yet to fill the fridge part up still and the old fridge was packed full when I switched them. It only fit about half of the fridge items in the new one though but i keep most food in my deep freezer anyway.

Awesome Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and it had been working out well. The ice maker is an awesome feature. I can turn it on or off with the convenient switch on the inside. Also, I can remove the container to fill a pitcher with ice. The anesthetic is beautiful with the wood tone inside which is a pleasant surprise when you open the refrigerator.

Great Features and Style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frig is well designed and while it's a bit smaller than our old GE frig, we can hold almost as much. The ability to pre-set the water dispenser volumes and to set "Favorite" pours is a great feature. The freezer has a vertical storage against the door which allows you put in frozen pizza(s).

Great Customer Service

Had issues with the 23.8 cu. ft. 36" Counter-Depth French Door Platinum Interior Refrigerator with PrintShield that I purchased last year. After several attempts to repair it, Kitchen Aid replaced it with a new one. Couldn''t be happier with the Customer Service.

I'm in love with my Kitchenaid refrigerator!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is the same size as the side-by-side we replace, and yet it's able to hold so much more! The LED lighting is spectacular. I appreciate having separate drawers for produce. The water and ice dispenser is easy to clean. My family loves the small ice cubes. I can find items in the freezer easily. I can't think of anything that I don't like about this refrigerator!

A Quality Appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought another brand initially, but the temperature control on the beverage drawer didn't work. We decided not to risk a replacement and got our money back. We have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher that is more than 20 years old and it still works perfectly. Thus we decided to fork out some additional money for the Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and we are happy we did. It is beautiful, works flawlessly, and is noiseless. I'm a senior who doesn't hear as well as I used to. I could hear it run on the first day we had it, but after the temperatures were stabilized I haven't heard it since. We are well pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically beautiful inside and outside with some great wood trim features inside. Ton of spaces in doors and being counter depth, internal shelf space feels bit narrow but overall lots space. Different temperatures are available but haven’t really used it yet. Freezer space is surprisingly sufficient than non counter depth. Just top shelf drawer in freezer is very narrow since ice buckets don’t fit. Overall great features and amount of space and look of fridge.

We purchased the counter depth and we love that it fits very nice in the cabinetry. The only downside is we wish it had a little more room in the freezer area but we knew that going in and sacrificed that for all the room the refrigerator area has.
