Kitchenaid! My barn kitchen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I retired and downsized to a new home in 2016. We bought and installed the professional series kitchenaid package in our new build. We were so impressed with the appliances that when we got ready to do our barn kitchen we chose kitchenaid again. Family and friends have commented on how beautiful, well designed and made that many have upgraded their kitchens to include kitchenaid.
The interior of the refrigerator is well designed with adjustable shelves and bins. I also like the easy glide drawers with temperature controls. Staying healthy in our retirement is essential, so lots of fruits and vegetables, which can be costly, stay fresher longer. We haven’t experienced any problems with our home appliances therefore we look forward to the same experience with the barn appliance.
As far as a negative for the new refrigerator I would like to have had the interior of the refrigerator to have been white like the one in the house. As older adults, we are in our late sixties, the grey interior is hard to see into even with the LED lights.
Overall we would rate our kitchenaid refrigerator 5 stars.

Very, Very Nice
This KitchenAid fridge is an absolute delight! It’s significantly quieter than my previous Whirlpool fridge, which was a huge plus. I managed to install it myself, along with a mesh wireline for the ice maker, and everything went smoothly.
While I expected a convertible storage bin for meats, as my Whirlpool had one for an entry-level fridge that lasted for 20 years, I was aware of this before making the purchase. However, the interior of the fridge and freezer section is stunningly designed and incredibly functional. The LED bars add a touch of elegance, and the ice maker works flawlessly, being conveniently located in the door.
To enhance the functionality, I purchased a fridge/freezer remote sensor that syncs with my Ambient weather station. This allows me to monitor the temperature and humidity of the fridge and freezer remotely, and receive alerts when there are any issues.
Overall, the fridge performs exceptionally well. The food and beverages stay perfectly fresh, chilled and more importantly safe. The kitchen looks fantastic with this beautiful appliance!

The classic with a modern twist

It makes ice and plenty of it, this unit stays very cold with the factory settings.
Hopefully I can do another review in a year or so

Old KitchenAid appliance that lasted 27 years

Needless to say, we are impressed with the quality of KitchenAid appliances and hope that the new one will live up to our similar expectations. It is very difficult to assess a new product in such a short time but for the moment we are happy to be able to purchase a similar product.

Head Over Heels Better Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this stylish well lite interior. The small Like drawer makes this unit stand out among the competition. The number of shelves in the doors is greater and more flexible in spacing than most. The ice maker drawer or bucket pulls out much easier than a lot of others we looked at too.

Love love love my new fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this to replace an existing fridge that was here when we moved in. It was a whirlpool but not anything like my new Kitchen Aid! Even though it’s only a little deeper in size, the way it’s so thoughtfully set up gives me so much more room in both the fridge part and freezer. I am thrilled to be able to now see everything that’s in side with room to spare! Having the ice maker in the door allows for more shelves and that helps me with organizing. Highly recommend

Spacious with sturdy stainless steel handles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is very spacious. The stainless steel handles feel very sturdy and give it a lux freel. We have had it for a month and so far it has been working perfectly. It does not make any noise outside of the occasional ice cube dropping. One thing to note is that the freezer has glass shelves, which are lovely but we have had an ice tray get frozen to one so be careful if you are putting anything wet in the freezer.

Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Panoramic LED Lighting by KitchenAid for a while now, and it has exceeded every expectation. The storage capacity is incredible — I can easily fit all of our weekly groceries, bulk items, and leftovers without ever feeling cramped. The shelves and bins are well-designed and adjustable, making it simple to organize everything from tall juice cartons to smaller snack containers.
The panoramic LED lighting is a game changer. It evenly lights up every corner so I never have to shuffle things around to find what I need. The Platinum interior with metallic accents gives it a premium feel every time I open the doors.
The exterior ice and water dispenser with measured fill is one of my favorite features. It’s accurate, convenient, and saves me from pulling out measuring cups. The water comes out cold and fresh, and the ice maker has been consistent and quiet.
Overall, this fridge combines functionality, style, and reliability. It not only keeps food fresh longer but also adds a modern touch to my kitchen.

Pretty impressive and sleek
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Side by Side Fridge with Panoramic LED lights is very impressive. This replaced our GE monogram that was 20 years old. The motor is very quiet. The fridge cooled up in about 1 hr. I like how you can control the temps with a push of a button. The inside is very sleek! Though it was the same size as our previous fridge, it seems smaller inside. The shelving is small and I’m not sure how to rearrange them, if they are able to. The pull out wood tray is very handy! My only gripe is the panel that you control the temp on feels like cheap plastic when I’m pressing it for water.

Wonderful & spacious refrigerator

I also really like how the shelves and bins are set up so items are easy to find and stay organized. It is very quiet. It also got cold r8’ only a few hours when it was initially installed. I am not sure how energy efficient it is. The filtered water and ice are very convenient. It was really easy to set up the delivery and the delivery people were super nice..

Great Fridge

Keeps everything icy cold and we love the light gray interior with the LED lighting. If there is one thing that is not what we were used to is the non-adjustable shelving in the fridge but, the pros outweigh the con with the shelves. Also the fingerprint resistant doors are GREAT!

It’s much larger than a standard fridge which allows for a lot more storage. The LED lights are a nice touch, and the chic “wooden” details are my favorite part. There are also stainless details on the front of each shelf which really creates a modern look.
The installation was seamless and the water/ice machine work perfectly with no issues. Absolutely in love with this upgrade!

The ice maker is fairly quiet, and being completely in the door, provides additional storage space in the freezer. It is vey well lit on the inside. It matches perfectly with our KitchenAid microwave and dishwasher. I really like the KitchenAid stainless steel; it looks like real stainless instead of a painted on imitation stainless finish.

Great Features
I selected this model to replace my 21.5 year old whirlpool that died. Sadly I know they do not build them like before and so I will be lucky to see over 10 years use. Have had it for 3 weeks. Very happy with it so far, and mindful to keep objects away from airflow/sensor areas. Ice maker is wonderful, shelving good. Lots of bells and whistles.
