My only complaints are the low setting on some of the burners is a little too high and I wish there was a cover for the griddle.

Great stove for any occasion
We have owned this stove for over 5 years now and couldn’t be happier. If we wanted change anything we would have bought the 60” instead of the 48” but we are more than happy with the stove. The grill is slow to heat up but is perfect for cooking pancakes. We have dinners with 7 - 40 people and this stove always comes through. Center of the conversation.

Absolutely love this duel fuel 48” range. The smaller over is great for warming up or baking your favorite dish in smaller size. The larger oven is dead on perfect for any large item. The cooktop is no joke. Seriously cooking prowess.

Worth the wait

I have only found one flaw and that’s if you lean on the burner knobs or brush against them they are very easily turned so that they turn on the gas slightly so that could be an issue if it’s not noticed before carbon monoxide got into the room but other than that I am in love with this range.

I bought this same stove configuration in 2008 - 6 burner, griddle. It has been the most amazing addition to my kitchen, ever. Gas/electric is the way to go. If this one ever gives up, I will buy another.

We originally were going to do a 36" but decided to add the griddle and the extra 1/2 oven. This range is the main focus point of the kitchen now and we are loving learning all new recipes and cooking with gas. You feel the quality and soon as you fire it up and use the different knobs and dials. We are loving what the range has done for our kitchen.

It could not be repaired because of parts shortages due to Covid so they just replaced it with this one! A newer, upgraded range. Thank you Kitchenaid for doign the right thing!

Now 2 years into ownership of the Kitchenaid Duel Fuel 48” Commercial Style gas range. We could NOT be happier. This purchase was just one of the 5 other Kitchenaid large appliances for our renovation. Easy to use, precise in its performance and EXTRAORDINARY looks, best describe this range. And the griddle is PERFECT for Sunday morning pancakes.

The ovens heat up very fast and the burners work extremely well. Converting to Propane was easily accomplished by the install crew. Two suggestions for future improvement: The burner caps should be heavier/thicker and should stay in place in a better fashion. The front bottom plate leg facade are very flimsy and do not stay firmly in place and could be designed much better. Overall, the range looks very nice and works extremely well.

Great bang for the buck.
We recently did a complete gut renovation of our kitchen and opted for KitchenAid appliances including this range. We’ve had the opportunity to use all the main features and am impressed with the quality. Burners have great control of heat. I read reviews of the earlier 48 inch model with complaints that the griddle took some time to heat up. Well this griddle was fully heated in only a few minutes with even heat across the griddle. And cleanup was a snap. Both ovens carry all types of settings. Including warm and proof modes and temperature probe. Oven doors are self closing. The app needs work though as it is difficult to set up.
And you need that app if you want to use the temp probes.
Over all solid construction and a very nice range.
