Other colors please
I really don’t understand the choice for red in the kitchen, most people don’t like to see red in the kitchen because it reminds them of cutting their finger with a knife. KitchenAid offers different color handles for their commercial products but for some reason consumers are just not that important. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t do something so simple the customers. Demand can be seen here and by what they want in the commercial market where they have 8 nice colors to chose from, but those ones don’t fit because they’re too big. Please find a way to make these available for consumer kitchen products so we don’t have to live with the horrible blood letting red medallions.

Please offer a medallion that has no red!
I love my new refrigerator, but the red is just horrible in my kitchen. Please offer a full chrome or stainless steel, if you must brand, just put your lettering in black and I would even be happy with that... you'd go from average (because why must I brand push for you???) to outstanding in my book.

Chrome with black (or white) writing please
Red is popular, but not enough to keep KitchenAid from making mixers & other appliances in a wide array of colors. If red is not your kitchen color, it very likely clashes with everything. Love the medallion idea but more options needed. Just bought a full KitchenAid suite and will be looking for new medallions.

why must we have red?
I APPRECIATE THE ABILITY TO USE THIS KIT RATHER THAN THE STANDARD RED. BUT WHAT IF YOU DONT WANT ANY RED AT ALL? I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A BRAND THING, BUT RED LOOKS AWFUL IN MY KITCHEN. HOW A BOUT A SOLID BLACK OR CHROME? AT LEAST IT WOULDNT CLASH. HOW ABOUT CHROME WITH BLACK LETTERING?

It’s great that there is an option to change the medallions but why have red lettering? This is not Wolf! Also why not offer other colors like brass or gold? In summary lose the red lettering and offer your customers more colors please!

Please offer NON-RED options. Option to change medallions is great. However most people that are interested in changing the medallions are likely to do so to get rid of the red.

Really! Red?
We just bought a suite of Kitchen Aid appliances for our kitchen. The red medallions are awful looking. I am getting strong fire hydrant, fire department vibes. Now we have to order the replacement which appear still to have red writing not too mention they are out of stock. Your design department needs to read all these comments and give the customer what they want. Very dissapointed!

Red Medallions are a poor choice
I had a KA double wall oven installed one month ago. So far I love the unit from the perspective of function. However, like so many reviews, I simply hate the red medallions on the handles. I am hopeful there is a stainless alternative.

Need different medallion options
Your design department needs to provide white medallions with siliver or black writing. You can still brand without the red. People do not want red in their kitchen.

Why Red!
We just had to buy a new refrigerator as our old Kitchen Aid died after 10 years. With the Covid-19 Virus happening, we had to buy via online and the phone with our local dealer. Refrigerator is fine, but the red handles kits are killing us. Looking to buy new ones and they all have red! Why? Get the marketing people out of the design department and offer a silver one that goes with the standard stainless refrigerator!

Red looks terrible in my kitchen
Who made the terrible decision on red medallions! Red looks awful in my kitchen also. Even the chrome has red writing! Kitchenaid experts: Please let us know if there is a way to remove the red writing on the chrome. Or is there another brand of medallion we can use. There must be a fix for this.
