Does everything
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does everything - microwaves, convects, and air-fries. The only problem is that the instructions for use are inadequate and non-existent. Yes, one can press on the option and get a short instruction, but it's minimally helpful. They should have a manual for use, but they only have one for installation.

Really Nice Unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love this oven! Having a microwave, toaster oven, convection oven and air fryer all in one unit is a great idea. The price is extremely reasonable, given all the functionality. My only complaint is that there is no real user manual, really just a flyer included with the unit. This is a fairly big oversight given all the functionality, some of which is not really documented in any useful fashion.

Not as intuitive as expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of positives, but the controls are more complex than needed. Usually, you choose something and then have to push Select again. The menus do not feel all that natural. For example, it took half an hour to find a way to set the clock following a loss of power and an exhausted and failed effort to get it to reconnect to Wi-Fi. Every other device in the house reconnected to Wi-Fi, but not this thing. It is also very hard to clean the interior. Stains seem to get baked in, and yet the “steam clean” feature does not intuitively tell you what to do. I assume water has to be introduced somewhere. If I’d devote fifteen minutes, I could probably find out. Lastly, the two-page laminated guide is nearly useless. It only covers a few things, most irrelevant if you’ve got the device running or don’t read a foreign language. Oh, how about one more “last thing?” It is great there is a chime when something is done, but why a series of chimes after you’ve removed the cooked item and then again when the unit decides to go to sleep?
An afterthought: trying to complete this feedback is a perfect example of complexity for the sake of someone other than the customer.

beauiful but not user friendly
Like other revieawers, the start guide is terrible. In my opion the engineers did a good job of designing but have never used a microwave before to know how to program the thing. shouldn't have to push 8 to 10 buttons to get to the microwave start...You push microwave, then scroll throu 5 different types of food, the adjust the power amount just to get to manual mode to set the time.
Alao, the link they give you here is just a link to the install manual (.not a users manual) in English or Spanish.
Have not tried the other modes yet, but would not recomend for mostly microwave use just because of these reasons.
