#1 KNOBS turn on the gas burners EASILY if touched against during cooking ( or if you are like our household and your microwave is above the range, you frequently lean forward and catch the stove knob which turns the burner on (FIRE/SAFETY DANGER!!) . The "Control Lock" function should have been designed to prevent the accidentally turning on the gas burners e.g. by child or animal. I was led to believe these knobs had to be purposely pushed in and than turned to activate the burners when shopping for a new range . It was the MOST IMPORTANT feature for choicing this range. #2 Timer is useful only through one of the "bake" modes on the app. You CANNOT access just the timer from the app : e.g. to set timer for cooking on the stove top. Physically using the control panel timer icon on the stove to; it is slow to respond to touch and maintaining touch DOES not increase the time - you must touchrepeatedly for each minute to increase time increments. REALLY?!! #3 The app does not interface will with "Alexa" and is very limited (" turn oven on/off Alexa"). #3 Oven racks are very flimsy. #4 On control panel, the oven light does not respond on/off 9 out of 10xs #5 I expect ovens to make noise when in use, but the oven seems to make gas sounds(popping & whoosing) when cycling on/off during the baking cycle. #5 The "simmer" burner does not go low enough and you must adjustment cooking time for cooking rice or foods that need to simmer for long periods of time, #6 The "delay start" setting goes right into 'bake" - does not indicate it is preheatintg (per app and stove top control image. You than have to reset the 'bake" time #7 The audio alert volume is too quiet and cannot be adjusted. #8 The "Modes" setting does not consistently show all modes. #9 It would be nice to be able to adjust the "clock" display brightness . #10 "Pizza" temperature setting should be adjustable for either frozen pizza ( majority of pizzas baked) OR "fresh" pizza. #11 The knobs are awkward - logically the front left knob should be the front left burner, not the back left burner. #12 Left front knob is "bent " or not manufactured well. I have had this range for 6 days. Very unlikely I will keep it.
