Beautiful and Just Perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my refrigerator particularly the Intelligent Auto Fill dispenser since I drink a ton of water throughout the day. It is just so easy. The cooling and humidity control is perfect. The organization in the refrigerator and overall design are also perfect. I love all the bibs and shelves. I know exactly where things are. I wish there were more dividers in the freezer but have managed to work with what I have. I have always had a side by sude so the freezer on the bottom takes some getting use to in terms of organization.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new KitchenAid Refrigerator is wonderful., It is just the right size for newly remodel kitchen and the temperature-keeping is remarkable. No fingerprints finish is the only way to go! I highly recommend this appliance for counter-depth areas.

Like this fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to buy a new fridge in a hurry as our existing fridge died. We picked this out due to being able to get it quickly and it fitting in our cabinet space. I was originally concerned because we didn’t have time to comparison shop but have been pleased with it. I like the organization and flexible upper shelving set up. The freezer is plenty big and also has organization features. The only issue ( and I’ve seen this mentioned by others) is the ice maker can occasionally overflow cubes into the bottom of the freezer. It’s really not that much of a concern and the ice maker works great and holds a generous amount of ice. The fridge of course keeps food cool and we like the inside water dispenser

Pretty as kitchen art, but the IT needs help
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few things that I've discovered to be well known but unresolved quirks or down right problems. Firstly, I don't mind the control settings on the inside of the left door, but really, a notification that the door is open??? (which is the only way to access the temp settings, etc.)
Secondly, I recently found out that a well known problem exists with the "Lock" on the Intelligent Auto Fill feature. My wife locked it when we had a 3 year old in the house, and when he was gone she unlocked the feature, and suddenly the Intelligent Auto Fill was as smart as a concrete garden gnome. So, I consulted You Tube for fixes and while the company-sponsored videos are informative if you've never encountered a water-dispensing device before, there was nothing instructing me as to how to correct the problem. So, if Google's Gemini knows there is a glitch in the software, one would assume the company who makes the product would be aware of it as well. Get it together, Whirlpool.

Bad manual
For this price, I am disappointed with having errors on my door that don’t correspond to the manual. There are a few different variations of this model apparently so watch out you don’t get the one that doesn’t match the manual. I have no idea what the red symbols mean and how to fix (because it isn’t clearly labeled in your manual). Thank you KitchenAid. Also, I read the whole stupid thing, but please don’t make people do this. Maybe a handy little guide showing what the symbols mean and how to use them? Crazy

Already need service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the refrigerator for 4 months and we have already encountered a problem with our water dispenser and ice maker. We are not sure why we are not getting water or ice. We have already requested service on the refrigerator to fix the issue. The other problem we have run into is where the adjustments for the temperature etc. are located. Every time you open the door, we have the tendency to touch the adjustments and they will change or beep, not exactly the best location for the adjustments.
