Excellent features, easy intuitive to use.

Oven has been outstanding to-date, easy to use and offers simple intuitive controls for convection and usual style cooking, Oven is rugged and looks to last for decades.

The best upgrade

Very nice oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is easy to use, even without the manual (which must be downloadsd which is not my preference). Soft close door is a good feature, large viewing window is great and the blue interior is nice to look at each time I open the door. Easy glide racks are awesome.

Good Brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Kitchen Aid Products. I have had to learn alot about this oven. The previous oven was 26 years old and this new oven is way more advanced than the old one. I am still learning how to use it. It cooks really different than the old one. I wish the new oven had come with a cookbook to help me get started better.d

Nice looking and easy to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice looking with intuitive controls. It does run cooler than the indicated temperature so we do have to adjust for that. I’m not sure if this can be corrected. This is the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars. It replaces a Viking oven that was absolutely perfect until the controller board died and nobody wanted to repair it, even 2 different repair services recommended by Viking.

Learning curve...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baking unevenly and different features are not intuitive. Tried the probe, air fryer mode, and convection. All a big fail. Now needing to have a service person come to calibrate and help us with different baking modes.
