[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG through the wall air conditioner is a great option for cooling a large space. We have a large open bottom floor in our home, and it definitely has the ability to cool it. Energy efficient and multiple settings for fan speed. Convenient remote control. Obviously, an in the wall mounted air conditioner isn't for everyone, but i love the idea of not having a window blocked and no large unit sitting on my floor for a portable air conditioner. Great option from a trusted brand.

Big and mighty air conditioner!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG 9800 btu air conditioner is very powerful! It has a lot of settings on it from fan, to low cold to high cold. The remote is very operational and convenient as well. It is a little bit difficult to install by yourself because it is big and bulky. But with two people it installs quite easily. Its powerful enough to cool down about 600 sq ft of space in my house, so it definitely cools more than its rated to in my opinion.

Cool air
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was very easy. My husband and I tackled it. It is heavy so 2 people make it easier to lift. I love how easy it was to install. It does come with a remote which is a nice added bonus. Instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I cannot wait to get some use out of this in the warmer months. The air comes out so cold.

Very cool and easy to install!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I just moved from Washington to Florida and the difference between the weather is extremely opposites! This room air conditioner by far is something I enjoy now coming home. It keeps my very chill feeling like by home. It was easy to install on the window, and the remote controls are easy to use. Overall, I’d say this is the model I’d recommend to everyone! It’s great and efficient.

Love all the features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our LG air conditioner is great. Our downstairs is now always at a consistent temperature. The energy saver shuts the air conditioner off when the rooms hit the desired set temp & then automatically goes back on when the rooms get warmer. My husband loves the remote control so he doesn't always have to get up, go the the room where the air conditioner is & change the setting. We know that now our rooms are ALWAYS at the temperature that we selected, instead of us always going to our former air conditioner to fiddle with the controls.

Affordable!

Great service and a great air conditioner
I recently replaced the previous version of this air conditioner. The old one lasted a long time. This one is next gen, but they didn’t change it in any bad ways (thanks LG). PC Richard made this process very easy although they had a site service issue. They were very accommodating and their delivery guys were great too.

So far the air condition works. Great! It fit in the sleeves just like the old one I had for 24 years, which still work just getting outdated and rusty on the outside otherwise still work good hopefully I have the same results with the new one!

Best Air Conditioner I Ever Owned.
I bought and installed this air conditioner two weeks ago in the middle of a heat wave that hit New York City and it outperformed any air conditioner I ever owned. It cooled my living room and kitchen (more than 500 square feet) in less than 5 minutes.

Both quiet and efficient!
I purchased this in April, after reading reviews. I have an LG dvd player, and it has worked well for 6 years, so I gave their air conditioner a try. This through the wall unit , so far, runs quietly and efficiently! It seems to be powerful. It cools the air from my living area to my kitchen. To date, I am quite pleased.

Cooling really well, also I like auto mode so it stops when temperature reached your desired setting. It is not very quiet as I would like but the noise is not worse than the other units I have.

Cools the entire 2nd floor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two 15x15 bedrooms. The air conditioner is in one and when we put a fan in the hall to blow it into the other one in an hour and a half it cools it down beautifully. Works like a charm

Also like the fact that I bought the warranty, and if you don't need a repair within five years, you get reimbursed. Win-win!

Great Cooling
