Love the 1 hour wash cycle....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher, I had to replace my 20 year old KitchenAide, so I chose this one... I love the one hour was cycle. I do think that my KitchenAide was built a little better and the rack seemed to be a little sturdier. But this one I really like due to again the one hour wash cycle!

One hour wash

It has more space inside than any other brand I looked at and the 3rd rack is perfect for silverware which leaves more space on the bottom rack for dishes. Great dish washer

So far all I have used is the 1 hour cycle and all my dishes and silverware have been spotless. You cannot even hear it during the wash cycle. Excellent dishwasher. Bought an LG refrigerator last year and so happy with it so when my dishwasher died, I decided to look for an LG dishwasher as well. Love the top 3rd shelf for big utensils. Love the fact that when I open the dishwasher, the whole inside lights up! It also plays a happy little tune when the cycle is finished. Most importantly, my dishes are thoroughly cleaned and I don’t even have to rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. There are many different settings to choose from and when running, the dishwasher is pretty quiet! I highly recommend this dishwasher!

Everything about this dishwasher says quality. The racks are sturdy, hold dishes securely, and they glide in and out so smoothly. The dishwasher has ten cycles and a countdown timer. The dishes come out clean and dry at the end of the cycle, even the plastic containers in the top rack. It operates very quietly and signals completion with a gentle chime. When the door is opened, an interior light comes on. The exterior is simple and sleek with a finish that resists fingerprints and is easy to keep looking shiny and new. I love my new dishwasher.

My dishes are so clean. So many features on this machine and it is gorgeous. Love the leak detection feature since my prior dishwasher broke on 2 separate occasions soaking my kitchen and adjacent room. Each event resulted in thousands of dollars in damage to my home. I have peace of mind this dishwasher won't let that happen. Highly recommend.

Very happy experience

The dishwasher is more powerful and full of surprises that make this machine worth it's weight. It has shelves that fold, raise and lower. Nice upgraded dishwasher.

The drawers glide very smoothly, there are many interior options for adjustments for various style pans and plates. This cleans very well. I think the dryer on my pervious model was a little better, but this one is not bad. One of the coolest features is the interior light. This is also very quiet. Very happy.

Great Dishwasher with many Options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased our Dishwasher in July and so far we could not be happier. Our last LG dishwasher lasted 12 years without any repairs. Sales people were pushing us to any brands mostly Bosch and we were ready to switch but the supply of available dishwashers were not available and were more expensive. Anyway we stuck with LG and we could not be happier. This dishwasher is silent and it does a wonderful job. Has many tray options and it drys all items well.

Quiet and beautiful
I bought this dishwasher in a package of 3 appliances for a kitchen renovation. I love the sleek outside with no visible buttons, the ease of use, the space inside, and the powerful jets that clean very well. My main concern was noise level as we have an open concept home, and this dishwasher is so quiet I forget that it's running. Well done, LG.

I bought this dish washer back september. Sales people was pushing away of LG but after considering that we had an LG dishwasher for 12 years with no major problems, we decided on getting another Lg. There are plenty of features and boy is this dishwasher quiet. The rack offer many options with regards to the tines being up or door accommodating larger items. Have no fears this DW drys well. Some bowls that we use have some rims on the bottom and sometimes there some water left on them. When our dishwasher in not packed we stand them sideways. All dry

Can't find this exact model (LDTH7972D) on display. On the display models I could see... when opening... the door falls to the ground... no tension! Is this normal?
