I do wish that you could program the time for the light on the bottom from the buttons on the microwave. You have to use the app for that feature. The app is easy to use. The extendable vent is a nice feature also, it slides out most of the way by itself but usually sticks a liitle at the end and you have to give a slight pull to extend all the way. At 100% power it heats food up fast. It is very quiet while running and plays a short song when finished.

Not only is it attractive above our LG Induction Range, but the Extended Vent was a perfect addition and answer to our kitchen venting dilemma. The features are nice, and capabilities are outstanding.

This one has lower wattage but heats better with less time. There are way more bells and whistles than the old one that I'm still learning.. But amm so happy with the performance of this one.. Also love the pop-out vent!!!

Had our previous one for 22 years. Lived the new one so much. Easy to learn and use. Very powerful. quiet and so functional. The one touch setting for so many heating options shows that alot of thought and customer input went into the design and features. zooming forward to many years of great service.

It took about one hour to get all the options into perspective but now I feel comfortable doing things easily. I do recommend this LG MW. I consider myself an LG customer. I like their products.
