Great combination in wall oven.
Have had this combination oven for almost a month. It's great. Many features that I'm still learning how to us. Looks great, was easy to install and works very well. Has allowed me to clear up counter space as I no longer need a seperate microwave or air fryer. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Great value overall
My only complaint with the product is there are so many features, it gets a little complicated firguring out all the functions. Some choices are not included as prompts on the screen. One must refer to the manual to figure them out.

Thin and awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven i installed in my kitchen and I love it. Love that its the thinQ which is perfect for having a fridge next to it. My previous oven was a 27" and I still had issues with the fridge door hitting oven handle and this one solved that problem. I like that the microwave can be used as a conventional oven and my wife really likes the airfryer. It works really fast and we can have our food done in minutes compared to the table top airfryer we've been using because of our large family we can have all the food in at once. This have so many cool features that we still figuring it out.

I love that it's the thinQ which works great with having a fridge next to it I love that the micro can be used as a conventional oven . My wife really likes the airfryer. She said it cooks so fast and we can have enough food for our large family done at once. I'm so happy we switched from a different brand to this one. So many features that I still haven't figured it all out yet.

LOVE this oven/microwave!
I love my LG double oven/microwave! I have only had this a couple weeks now, but I have made SO many things and I absolutely LOVE it! It's easy to use and it looks BEAUTIFUL in my kitchen. It's everything I wanted in an oven/microwave and more! It does have a cool down cycle that runs after each use, but you can turn that feature off if it's bothersome.

Excellent Oven, small concerns
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit looks modern and sleek. The two features that I am not liking - 1)the text of the buttons under the dark glass panel is very hard to read, 2 the fan runs for a very long time even after the microwave turns off.

Great oven. Full featured. Almost perfect.
The oven/microwave is great. It was surprisingly easy to clean the oven using baking soda. Kudos for LG's automated support for suggesting that. The control panel could be improved though -- the buttons require too much force and changing the oven temperature requires hitting the proper cook button first, instead of just hitting the numbers. And given the height of the oven and depth of the microwave, a microwave door that swings out instead of opening down like an oven would be preferred.

Nice microwave/convection combo. Would like the microwave to have QuickStart options, like holding down 2 gives you two minutes instead of punching in 2:00. We like the gentle, attractive sounding notifications. It seems strange that after microwaving, the oven goes into a cool down mode unless you stop it before the set time is finished.
When using the convection over at 425 degrees to cook a Papa Murphy’s pizza, it takes a lot longer to bake than a normal oven would, but the crust does turn out crunchy and yummy.

also, someimes the broiler heats too fast and the imnside of the product is not fully cooked but the outside is burning

Great appliance
We purchased the LG oven to match our refrigerator. We like the no fingerprints feature. The oven and microwave work great as expected. We were disappointed with the control buttons because they don’t light up. Hard to see in low light. Probably will get use to this with more use. We gave a high rating for overall performance, features, and looks.

Great unit but needs better buttons
Both the microwave and oven work great. A huge upgrade from our old appliances. The microwave inside is huge and both have great features for the price. My only issue is the buttons. The font is way too thin and too close in color to the background and the background is way too shiny. My wife and I have decent eyes back can hardly read the numbers. Thicker font and whiter color is really needed if your not going to back light the buttons at this price point

Stylish but..........
I wanted to wait a few months before submitting this review. It is very stylish but there are a few drawbacks: in low lighting itis very hard to see the buttons, while baking the heat blows out much like a ventless microwave (making the kitchen pretty warm when I am cooking). I can turn on a light to identify what each of the buttons are for but nothing I can do to stop my kitchen from heating up when baking :-(

Cannot Read Display
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not having a backlit display, or a visible display, without using a flashlight is totally unacceptable. Reading older reviews shows this issue has been a design flaw that LG has decided not to address. Why would you continue to produce this oven display design and not correct it? We just replaced all of our kitchen appliances with LG and this is our only issue, but it is a big one.

Upper oven meets expectations
Have had a little over a month. Have been pleased with combo microwave/convection upper oven. Have been unable to use lower oven as since install has had heating error. Had LG tech out and was told parts needed to be replaced. To date, still "waiting on parts," and have never been able to use lower oven.

Good but a serious problem
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good but a serious problem. Functions are fine. The problem is that only the center numbers on the control panel light up. The vast majority of choice blend in with the background. There is no option to light them apparently. What a flaw! Even with strong lights in the room, the options are hard to read!

Can’t Read Display
This combo has a screen with “NO BACKLIGHT”!!! What’s worse is that they used a light grey to paint on the controls and you cannot read them at all if you need glasses. Who does this? The combo works really well so far and looks great, but is absolutely useless.

CAN"T READ THE DISPLAY!!!
Although I have not fully tried the features of this oven to give a full review, I have to say that it almost impossible to read the controls. I have to use my phone flash light to see read the display. Wondering if my unit is defective and the diplay should light up on touch? Seriously wrong. I will save and and replace this with something else.

Beware! Do not use oven cleaner!
I ruined the beautiful blue finish in my oven by using oven cleaner. I had no idea an oven is made that you can’t use oven cleaner on. There are hundreds of people on line who did the exact same thing. These ovens need stickers on the box and oven letting you know this. None of us thought we needed to read instructions to clean an appliance we’ve been cleaning for decades. Depending on how much cleaner you used, you can make the oven unsafe to use. This oven was beautiful and now it’s not. All of my appliances are LG but no more.
