Great Frig
I really like my new Refrigerator. It holds a lot. My only complaint is the water/ice selector. It is difficult to use in that it does not always respond to my tap of finger.

Not a bad thing to say about this one.
My wife and I are loving this fridge! Plenty of space despite having two ice makers and the second ice maker is my favorite part. Spherical craft ice is great for cocktails! It's super quiet too which is a big step up from our last refrigerator. The quick access door has shown itself to be quite handy for quick frequently used items. Accurate temperature too, I been keeping a standard analog thermometer in there just to check and it is right on the money. Nice that you set actual temperatures instead of just one to 10.

One Awesome Refrigerator!
I absolutely love my new LG Smart Refrigerator! The door in door feature is the coolest thing since sliced bread! The freezer is huge! Having 2 ice makers is very nice. I love the fact that it doesn't make too much ice at one time. It makes enough ice that you'll never run out: but not too much: that it just sits in the ice bin too long: and get that stale taste before you can ever get to use it. Tons of storage space: adjustable shelves: and the pantry drawer is a very nice additional feature. The ThinQ app is cool too. You can adjust the frig and freezer's temperature. Make changes to both ice makers: check the status of your water filter: and air filter. Even turn off the sound alerts if they start to get on your last nerves. The water and ice dispenser are well made: and top notch too. Over all: I can't complain about one thing. It's a 5-star product for sure!

Super Quiet
Only problem is it drops the WiFi every so often. The WiFi on my LG Washtower has never had a problem.

Features Suit Our Lifestyle
I really like the door-in-door feature, this is my 2nd fridge with this feature and I hope they continue making these in the future. My previous fridge was a side-by-side, so I was hesitant about the French doo style with pull out freezer drawer. However, I find it is more flexible with what it can hold. I can now put a large pizza in the fridge because of the double doors, and the freezer drawer can hold multiple cold tumblers in an easy to grab-and-go way.

Nice fridge, some questionable feature choices.
Great refrigerator overall, though the black glass panel shows more fingerprints than the stainless door side does. Handles would be a welcome addition, as reaching for the top or bottom of doors is still mildly annoying. Also vegetable drawers pull from the bottom of the drawers, not the top edge, which is weird. Lighting in the back, as some models do have, would be appreciated. Not sure why a larger width, similar style and feature unit costs $800 less. Why the substantial penalty for a similar model with the smaller width? Ice/water selector is a bit weird and seems like a component that won't function well over time. Otherwise, it's a decent unit - so far.

Door-in-door is my reason for purchasing
I love the door-in-door feature. I wish I could have found it in a larger capacity refrigerator, or in a side-by-side style. For me, an annoying drawback of this fridge is the left side door slamming shut because it is heavy from the ice maker being embedded in it. Also, the water and ice dispenser works in an odd way to change functions, and it sweats a lot. I can feel the cold air coming out, and it causes condensation. I'm not a huge fan of the pull-out freezer because it tends to become disorganized since it is basically a truck rather than shelving.

Excellent fridge but ice issues
I have had the fridge for one month now. The unit is very quiet, roomy and efficient. It is lacking having a top shelve that folds so it can accommodate a few tall items. My prior LG had this option. The BIGGEST problem is the ice coming out of the door has a chemical plastic taste and off smell as the ice melts. The Water coming out of the fridge taste great and the craft ice taste great. So there is definitely an issue with the fridge not the water. I am going to exchange this fridge for the same model and hope it is just an off issue with this unit.

Nice looking BUT?
First, no real selection for the size needed. So the only difference is the glass door on new one. Took contract which I normally would not but like all things now they are not built to last!
DO NOT like how you open the doors on this model, know it was designed for a cleaned look BUT no thought for those that use it every day.

Cheaply manufactured interior features.
Shelving and storage bins are very cheaply made. The crisper bins and Glide N' Serve drawer do not close evenly; there are gaps between the bins and the assembly. The glass shelves have no support at the front interior corners; if you put something heavy on a shelf near the front, the shelf will eventually pull out from the back and fall off. No folding shelves, although they were in the description. Freezer drawers are also cheaply manufactured plastic that does not glide smoothly. No configuration possible of freezer bin. Loved my last LG, this is quite a down-grade in quality.
