The most quiet and efficient window AC
The most quiet and efficient window AC I have ever owned, The only way I know the compressor has come on is by feeling the cold air from the AC. The fan is very quiet even at high, no sound indication when the compressor turn on or off. The smart control via the app is very convenient to set up a schedule for turning on or off. As well as turning in on remotely sooner on those high 90 to 100 degree days. Returning to a cool room after a long days work is really refreshing!

Great AC. Have it in bedroom soooooo quiet! Works well. Screen where temp shows is black with green numbers so it’s not glaring at night. Probably the best in window AC I’ve ever had.👏👏Really nice!!

Bought this before a big heat wave. Our whole house AC just doesn't reach our BR well, so we bought it as a supplement. We are super happy with its performance, and it is so QUIET. The only regret is that we didn't buy this sooner in the 32 years we've lived here. Makes sleeping so comfortable.

Great...but heavy and awkward.
Great unit. Quiet... powerful. Energy efficient. Excellent remote. Keep in mind it weighs 65 pounds which isn't that bad it is nearly 50% longer than your average window air conditioner. Makes handling it a bit of a task. Also kind of hard to unpack without cutting the box into pieces. Most appliances this heavy have boxes that lift off after cutting straps. Staff at PC are great. Well informed and fun to try and negotiate with... a little.

Cools room fast!

The included remote makes it really easy to control, and it comes with some nice features that are simple to use. One thing to keep in mind is that it is pretty big, so installation might take a bit of effort, especially if you’re doing it solo. But once it’s in place, it works great and keeps the space nice and cool. Overall, a solid, reliable AC that does exactly what you need it to.

Super Cool Unit

My husband installed it and didn’t have any complaints, so the installation was pretty easy- which is a plus because some units are such pains to put into the window. I feel like the air quality is great and the noise level of this unit is pretty normal- definitely on the quieter side- which I prefer. The smart features are chefs kiss. I love being able to control it via my phone and by voice! If you’re in the market for an amazing AC unit? Consider LG. It’s exceeded all of my expectations 😌

It's 12000 btu's of crisp cold wonderfulness and really makes a difference in the 80+ midwest heat. I love that I'm able to pair it with my Alexa and Google!! It's also touch screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you can get this, do it. Our central air died out on us last year so we were worried about the lower level of the house being too warm. And this has NO issues cooling almost the entire house. I love that it has a remote for easy turn off and on, it’s kinda heavy so takes a bit to put in but perfect otherwise. It’s quiet so no issues hearing the tv either!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! This AC is everything you could need and want! It's large, but oh, so quiet! It has multiple setting from just the fan to high cold air. It has a convenient remote that let's your control from the comfort of your couch, bed, or just about anywhere. The lights can also be turned off for a "night" setting so its not giving off any extra light, but remains on! This is definitely the AC to buy if you're looking for a new one.

Perfect Cooling Solution for Texas Heat
