[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this in our son’s room that doesn’t cool down as much as the rest of the house. Husband said installation was fairly easy with good instructions. This has helped tremendously in cooling our son’s room. Living in Florida you need the AC!

Perfect Cooling Solution for Texas Heat

This LG window unit made an immediate difference. It cools the room fast and keeps the temperature steady without running loud or constantly kicking on and off. I was surprised by how quiet it is. You can barely hear it running even on the highest setting, which makes a big difference at night.

Love it!

I placed it in my middle room and it works to cool the entire downstairs (kitchen, dining room, living room)!! It’s not super noisy, probably same sound noise level of every other air conditioner I’ve had. One thing I will say is that you will probably need help getting it in the house and installed. It’s heavy, and the box it comes in is huge (as pictured). Thank you, Influenster and LG!!

The unit is bigger than I thought and the cord shorter but otherwise it is as good as advertised. Definitely the quietest AC I have ever had. It cools the bedroom quickly and looks good in the window.
I have yet to see how it deals with a heat wave as so far the temperature was no higher than 81.

It’s not quite hot enough yet to turn on the air conditioning, but I’ve been using the fan and dehumidifier setting and I’m impressed by how quiet it runs and all of the unique features it has! Needs some work..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG window air conditioner has had pros and cons… It has amazing cooling! We dropped it down to 65 and it got there super quick and feels great. But it has a super loud fan and rattle that took a bit to get it to stop which was very annoying. I would not say this is a quiet air conditioning unit at all… we also ran into it tripping the GFCI plugs in certain areas of the house so we had to install in a different room to get it to not do that. Overall it does what it’s supposed too but not something we would purchase again
