Bottom basket a major drawback.
Washes very well, very quiet and enjoy the self-opening door during the drying cycle. Have run three cycles so far since it was installed. However the bottom rack especially when loaded falls off the ridge/guide when rolling it back in. Basket drops into basin hitting washing arms, you have to lift it up and out to try and reset it back in, only to have it drop again. Very finicky to get it to go back in correctly. It's a major drawback. Would not recommend until they engineer it differently.

Very disappointed
My new LG dishwasher runs very well. I love how silent it is while it’s running and the fact that you can see how much time is left in the cycle. However, the bottom rack works terribly. It constantly comes off the track when moving it in and out. And after struggling to get it on the track and pushing it in, suddenly it can fall off the track again when nobody’s even touching it. it’s very difficult to actually get it on the track. It is causing me terrible pain in my arthritic hands and sciatica because of struggling and bending to try to correct this issue. Another issue is that the right side of the door squeaks when we open it sometimes. It appears to be too close to the cabinet that it is encased in. I tried putting a service call in today, but the PC Richards Service center was closed. Something needs to be done to correct this issue, because not only is it very inconvenient and annoying, but it is affecting my health
