Use it all the time!

Just makes everything easier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I genuinely love my StandByMe2. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but it is so convenient to have. I move it outside with me to watch when I’m working out. I even drag it to the bathroom when I bathe lol. It was easy to set up and I’ve experienced no issues. My battery last for sure a solid 4 hours when it is not plugged in, could be more. I’m currently using the touchscreen feature to watch my shows as I’ve misplaced my remote. Yes the touchscreen remote feature works with 3rd party apps/streaming apps. I find the display and coloring to be just right.

Excellence Choice for Portable Displays/TVs

Love the versatility
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my StandbyME2 as a training tool in the office, the USB and HDMI ports make it super convenient to loop videos for customers to view while browsing and plug in my computer to do presentations and bring it around the room with me. The audio quality is just just right and the display looks amazing. I enjoy that it can be used in portrait or landscape mode because different things should be viewed in different ways. Access to a web browser is very convenient to aid in my events with an internet search/viewing my website. I need one for my home as well because I can see how convenient this would be to wheel over to the kitchen for recipes (or entertainment) and to bring it outside to stream sporting events while grilling. Overall the quality, flexibility and convenience make this a must have for an office space and home alike.

Awesome TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the LG StanbyME TV for a bit now, and overall it’s a really unique and surprisingly useful addition to my home.
The biggest selling point is the portability. Being able to roll the screen from room to room and position it exactly where I want—whether I’m in the kitchen, bedroom, or even just lounging—is something I didn’t realize I’d appreciate this much. The built-in battery is solid and lasts long enough for a few hours of casual watching without needing to plug in.
The touchscreen and swivel/rotation features are also great. You can easily switch between horizontal and vertical viewing, which is perfect for things like YouTube, social media, or even following recipes while cooking.
That said, it’s not meant to replace a primary TV. The picture quality is good, but not on the same level as a high-end OLED or even some mid-range living room TVs. The speakers are decent, but again, nothing exceptional. You’re really paying for the flexibility and design rather than top-tier performance.
Where it really shines is convenience and lifestyle use. It feels more like a smart display on steroids than a traditional TV.
Overall, if you want a versatile, movable screen that fits into different parts of your daily routine, the LG StanbyME is a great buy. If you’re looking for the best picture quality for movies or sports, you’re better off investing in a more traditional setup.

Amazingly practical and convenient

I've also explored using this as a work monitor, freeing the desk up from a bulky monitor, and not having to trail cords across the floor; at the end of the working day, I can wheel the monitor away and desk looks clear and tidy, free from cables and clutter. Battery is great. Super convenient. Love it.

I would buy this again!
I love the LG Standby Me 2 more than I expected to! The audio and display is perfect! I was between this model and two others, and glad I bought this one! It’s really easy to use and the set up was a breeze! Two things that I would like to see in future models: (1) the wheels don’t roll on carpet well and I would like to see a 32 inch with 4 K (like the two previous models I was looking at). But, really am enjoying this!

Didn't expect this to be a game changer
I've had the StanbyME 2 for just over a month now, and I genuinely can't imagine going back. I know that sounds dramatic, but hear me out.
The whole point of this thing is that it moves with you — and it actually delivers. In the morning, it's by my bed so I can catch up on news while waking up. By evening, I roll it over to the couch for movies. And when I'm cooking? It's right there in the kitchen showing me recipes at eye level. No more propping up my phone or squinting at a tablet.
What surprised me most is how smooth and effortless it is to move around. It glides so easily — repositioning it is effortless. The touchscreen is also super responsive — feels natural, like using a giant tablet.
The freedom of not being tied to one spot in your home is something I didn't know I needed. It sounds like a small thing, but it genuinely makes daily life more comfortable.
It's one of those rare purchases where the reality matches the hype.

Very happy with it - just understand what it is!
I had the first StandByMe and like it, but it's heavy! I think it's 28 pounds where this one is only 10. I'm happy with this - it's what you should expect if you know anything about these televisions. I wish the resolution was better, but the technology isn't there for a battery powered TV of this size. My only suggestion is that they should include the carry strap because it's awkard to move around off that stand if you don't have it. I'd buy it again!

Good resolution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pwned rhe original Stand by Me and the Stand by Me 2 is a superior product. The increase in the resolution, larger screen, and updated processor continues to keep this product ahead of the competition. Dont enen look at the other devices in this space, LG dominates this market and while i probably would have preferred an android OS, the proprietary LG software has gotten better over the years.

Could have a better design
The web browser is very very slow. The battery only lasts 4 hours. They could have done a better job of design by having it able to access the google play store. You are limited to what apps you can download. There are only a few apps that support the WEBOS.

Battery self-drains quickly while tv is off.
Major battery problems with parasitic drain when off. 100% battery to below 50% in four days while the tv is off! To charge it with usb-c takes over 20 hours. Is this normal for this tv? It makes it unusable unless on the stand and close to an outlet.
Great idea. With some tweaking, the picture can be decent if you have reasonable expectations given the specs. The stand rolls well. The cover/case also works well (except you have to remove two rubber insert feet which can be lost).
But if you ever want to use it on a desk or table without the stand and ac charging, this is what happens. You have 100% charge. A few days later, you turn it on and only have 50 ish % charge. You use it as a monitor or a wired tv and it drains in an hour and a half. You plug it in to charge via usb-c and have to wait a full day after only using it for 90 minutes.
Unless I have a defective unit, this battery tech feels like it's from 12 years ago. It's unacceptable. Such a good idea and a unique product in the market. I would happily pay more if it just worked.
