very good soundbar
best way to realize how nice this is was when the subwoofer started issuing clicking sounds, so i sent the soundbar and subwoofer ti LG to fix it, and we dont have it now, and realized how nice the sound was through the soundbar.
excellent quality sound, very nice, very crisp, very enjoyable
i hope they fix it and return it quick,
other nice features to mention is the very thin size as well as the fact that the subwoofer was wireless and really not that big in size. fits the tv and room very well.

Only way to watch blockbuster movies and sports
I love the immersive sound and deep rumbles the floor speaker provides. Whether it's watching Top Gun:Maverick or college football, the sound experience is excellent!

Great sound, nice integration with TV
I bought this soundbar to connect with my 65" LG OLED television. The 2 devices integrate together nicely and the sound from the soundbar is very good. I also linked the soundbar to an Alexa device via bluetooth so I could play music through the soundbar as part of my whole house music system. It works great.

Great sound and Excellent Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as an option to upgrade my previous sound bar. The main thing I was looking for was the higher channel count to get fuller sound. I didn't want options requiring speakers placed all over the room. The exception is with the subwoofer. I am fine with a separate subwoofer, as it will provide better quality for its frequencies than an option where base is only from the sound bar itself. I have been very happy with the quality and richness this sound bar provides.
What sold me on the LG sound bar was the center channel being dedicated to talking audio and having the setting to adjust this channel up. Some movies like to blare the background audio/music but be quiet on the talking. This setting helps balance that out.
This sound bar has Dolby Atmos. LG has a cheaper model that has the same benefits excepting Dolby. I went for the Dolby as the sound bar was on sale and Dolby provides a higher level sound experience to get better life like surround sound experience.
One other feature I love is that the sound bar can be setup to turn on and off automatically with the tv.

Excellent sound quality

Great Sound and Quality!!!
I bought this to replace my Bose system. I was skeptical at first because I love my Bose but it was old. This soundbar and subwoofer put out high quality sound. Of course, you can’t compare to a more high end systems but this is well worth the money I spent on it.

As much as possible. LG is always a trustworthy brand. My package arrived in 3 boxes. It was very easy to get hooked up. The instructions were simple. It’s sleek design hides it so well. It is there but it doesn’t look like a large item has been added. All parts are easily hidden or able to be placed neatly with my entertainment center. This was a bonus for me because I didn’t want my area to look cluttered. The sound that comes from the sound bar is simply astounding! It truly helps me feel as though I am at a theater. You can set the levels of sound to your liking and change them as necessary quite easily. This product has completed my home entertainment and I couldn’t be more pleased with LG and their products!

Great soundbar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this soundbar. It was easy to set up and I know almost nothing about anything with a wire. I loved the sound quality and it got me more than other speaker system or tv I have had before has. The bass and treble adjustments make it so I can seamlessly switch from listening in the smaller den to the much larger emptier living room and give me more integrated sound. And the soundbar is pretty lightweight, it's just a plastic piece covered in fabric, so I can easily move it from room to room depending on where I think the family has been spending more time recently. I love that there is an integrated app that works along with it and the remote, it just gives me a little control of what specializations and adjustments I can me with it as the remote is pretty simple and the app allows you to have more options over the soundbar controls. There is a display in the fabric that shows you the volume level or the current input or what you adjust in the app but can also function as useful buttons themselves. Another feature I enjoy is the automatic sleep feature where it shut off after 15 minutes of not being used as my kids are notoriously bad at remembering to shut things off when the leave a room or are done with something. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclaimer: I purchased and was a good thing because I really needed one bad and I am so very glad that I had purchased this the sound quality that comes from this is amazing it is so much better than I ever expected it to be the sound bar was easy to attach and hook up to my tv and it was just the right size to fit underneath to where my tv goes I am so impressed with this I would most for sure recommend this to anyone looking to purchase one this was one sound bar that I was so pleased with love it!! really has great sound and effects to it also the sound bar LG SP7 is excellent very well made for the best sound that you can get from one of these very pleased with this

It fits right under the TV and blends right in. The first thing I noticed was how clear the voices were. The sound just surrounds you. I love the different settings for movies, games etc. The bass isn't overpowering either but it is noticeable. I highly recommend this addition to your listening pleasure. Amazing sound!

Both the subwoofer and the soundbar are beautifully designed with a sleek outer fabric. It really has great sound quality as well and doesn’t distort as the volume is increased, which is a big plus compared to some others I have tried.
Connecting the soundbar was easy both hardwired and via Bluetooth. I love that it stayed connected and didn’t have any issues with distance either.
Overall, it really looks and sounds amazing and I’m very happy with my purchase!

Amazing sound

I just upgraded my TV and wanted a high quality sound bar. The sound on this bar is crystal clear and feels like your listening to a completely surround system. I am extremely happy with this purchase. The price is also really competitive compared to other systems. The sound bar was very easy to set up. Only a few wires and I was ready to go.

Blown away by quality!

We certainly feel immersed in the clarity of the audio and the frequency as well. It was a seamless process connecting it to my tv. Very simple and straightforward. I work in IT, so I didn’t think I would run into any problems setting it up. I love using this soundbar to listen to jazz and other genres of music, and it's great for movies. Perfect for my needs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the soundbar for about two weeks now and i will tell you this is perfect for casual gaming and movie watching, sound is not going to blow your mind but it is way better than my 75” tv’s speakers, i liked how i can put the subwoofer beside my bed without any wires going around the bedroom. It came well packed and love the build quality, the clothing material it comes wrapped with feels premium. The SP7Y sounds amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG SP7Y comes well packaged and has 3 different boxes, the first one has all the accessories, the second one the soundbar and the third has the subwoofer. I like the look of the soundbar as well as the subwoofer since they both have a very nice fabric that makes them both look elegant. As for the sound: I first tested the soundbar by itself, it easily got paired to my laptop as well as to my TV and my phone. The sound coming out of the soundbar is clear, the highs and mids sound great, it has a bit of bass too by the way. And when I plugged in the subwoofer, automatically it paired to the soundbar and it is amazing. I like the 440 watts of power, best of all the sound does not get distorted when the volume is all the way up. The system has 45 watts x 2 front speakers, 45 watts x 2 side or surround speakers and lastly the subwoofer has 220 watts. The magic remote controls the soundbar and since I have an LG TV, that remote also controls the soundbar without the need of both. The different sound modes are a plus since the AI Sound Pro mode is the one I most use but it is also a big plus to have the other modes, Standard with Meridian, Music, Cinema, Clear Voice, Bass Blast, Sports, Game and DTS Virtual X. And on top of that, I can control the bass with the remote, not too much and not too little.
The connectivity is great; connect via HDMI ARC and the TV controls the soundbar, but I also like to listen to music so my phone connects via Bluetooth as well as my laptop. The TV Sound mode share makes the soundbar sound even better. The Bluetooth has a good range since I can walk around with my phone while listening to music. It comes with the brackets necessary to mount on the wall and a template to make it easier. The instructions are fairly easy to understand and I will get the back speakers in the future, I am glad that is an option and they are wireless so I do not need to run wires to the back of the room. I am not certain what speakers go on the back, but I think they are the SPK8-S.
Overall the system looks great and sounds even better, plenty of options and the LED Display makes it easy to know what I am doing.

Excellent addition to our home entertainment room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this soundbar at a discounted price in exchange for our honest opinion, and also based off our previous experience with LG home entertainment products, and we were not disappointed with this one! The packaging is plain, but its what's inside that counts at the end of the day right?! It was well packaged, and came with easy to read instructions! The installation process was very simple, my only complaint being there was no anchors to install into the wall. the template for where the brackets should be located was very helpful, and made the installation that much easier. After the few wires needed to connect it to our television, was ready for the test! We 1st tried it on out gaming system and we were not disappointed with this sound bar's performance. A little bit of fine tuning the setting really made this sound bar's performance worth its weight in gold and then some, although the AI feature is very neat and helpful for one that isn't familiar with the tuning a sound system. So far we have watches many movies and every time we have been satisfied with the performance that this sound bar gives. When not using the television, we hook our phones up to it via the Bluetooth feature for some background music while we eat or read. The remote included hardly has had any use, since it has synced up to our television remote without intending to. I'd definitely recommend this to my friends and family, just the other day our neighbor took notice of how great it sounded over by his house! This is sure to impress all, even the local law enforcement when you get a little carried away and crank the volume to the max!
