From the first use, which was to pop popcorn we knew something was different. It actually pooped every kernel, something our other name brand did not do. Since then, everything we have either heated up or cooked has come out great. It's like having our own personal chef! Using the LG app is a breeze, it's lets me know when my food is done heating up and scanning meat to thaw is a piece of cake! Thank you LG for another great product!!

I have used it to Air Fry, Convection Bake, and Microwave and it works very well. The styling is definitely top notch, with very nice sleek controls on the outside and all stainless steel on the inside. Extremely happy with it so far, will post another review later after I have had it for a while.

I am very pleased with the various reheating options, especially the beverage I get a cup of coffee in the afternoon or evening, reheat it using the sensor reheat and I get a wonderful cup of coffee that doesn’t burn my lips or tongue. I use or the reheat options with great results. The option for popcorn is great, it doesn’t burn and very few unposed coronals are in the bag. Very pleased and highly recommend it to anyone. OVER-THE-RANGE CONVECTION MICROWAVE OVEN WITH AIR FRY about two weeks ago and all I can say is WOW! It not only looks stunning with it's sleek, care-free exterior, but it performs even better than it looks. The microwave and convection functions are super-easy to operate and so powerful. The whole family has used them both daily and they do not diappoint! From amazing baked potatoes to steamed veggies, or simply reheating leftovers - the LG does it's job with style! Did I mention the cool accessories that come with the unit! All you need for steaming, microwaving, and convection is included - so thoughtful and appreciated. We were even able to rid ourselves of an unsightly toaster oven and regain valuable counter space in the process. LG has outdone itself on this unit. If you are looking for a multifunction kitchen "swiss army knife " - look no further!!!

I ended up going to the store in person in my attempt to swuitch the delivery date from May 13th. On my visit the good news, was they had an earlier date in April available. Bad News: This would not have happened had I not personally visited the store. One would think someone, my salesman, would have alerted me the appliance was restocked earlier than reported. And my delivery date and installation could be earlier. He deserves a demerit for that poor part. BUT I am really pleased with the ultimate outcome

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good and bad features [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] needs to have a button to turn off the turn table lg says to take the plastic part that makes the turn table go around out when using it for bigger items bad feature also microwave is only 900 watts so it takes longer to microwave items the third thing bad about the microwave is that the air fryer is pre programed so unable to cook anything other than what is programed so i hardly use that feature other than that the convection oven is one of my favorite features hope this review helped someone looking to buy i have had mine for over a year

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Air fryer sucks and so do the instructions I've had my air fryer microwave combo for a few months. The microwave is great, but the air fryer takes longer then the oven and nothing actually comes out Crispy. I gave 3 stars because it's a good microwave.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pathetic product Had pc richards install. Installed with dent/scratch on front door. Day two glass plate cracked. Pretty pathetic product for the price paid. Would expect more from pc richards and LG.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave in 12/22. It has already broken down. They had to come in fix it. The air fryer is useless. It is limited to 1-9 settings and only two 2 servings. It doesn’t cook, definitely doesn’t fry/crispy. I also had to purchase the extended warranty, because it has fell within a 3 month period of purchasing the product.
