A wonderful product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very wondering this product's performance with particually noise level at the very beginning.
At present all worries are gone since last 2 months and I am very satisfied after the LG refrigerator and LG front load laundry machines.

really good rangs hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using it for two weeks. So far it is way better than my previous range hood. Thick stainless steel. Powerful motor. Really easy to install . I installed it myself. The only con is that the instructions are terrible. what I mean is that the instructions are incomplete.

Love the look!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed LG appliances in our new kitchen and chose the black stainless. It is fabulous! Does not show fingerprints like ordinary stainless. And the look is very attractive. When we first designed the kitchen, LG did not have a stand alone hood in the black. But by the time we were ready to order appliances, they had it available. I am so pleased with the result.

Lots of air removed
Love this unit but it seems that LG has something against "White" appliances other than refrigerators. Sad, No white ovens, microwaves or hoods come in white.
Stainless is getting to be dated decore...folks tend to prefer white especially in a kitchen.

Love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very. stylish with nice features. Love the wi-fi feature. The chimney is very nice, it is telescoping if you have tall ceilings which is why I didn't give 5 stars. You can extend it but you can not make it shorter, had to find someone to cut it carefully to fit into cabinet. You would think LG would have thought of this and included a smaller piece in box.

Recirculating Kit

Did Not Fit
We have a 10' tall kitchen. The installer put the unit in and he installed it over 36" from the cooktop because you do not have an extension. We are having it removed and the new unit (another brand) put in.

Very very disappointed
I bought all LG products for my new house. Unfortunalety the hood has caused nothing but problems and is the last item to get installed and is holding up my closing which is beyond fustrating. The specifications clearly states Accomodates Ceilings up to 9'6". the duct covers in the package only cover up to 6 feet. Also did not come with any installment/ attachment products. I have called to get answers and cant get help or the proper information....... Extremely disappointed with this product!
