I have tried every option I can think of (putting one or two pieces only in; different cycles) and the clothes come out looking basically the same as when I put them in. Even the smallest wrinkles dont come out. I reported it (spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to do this) and a technician came out last week. He cleared it mechanically and was told to refer me to the manual (page 27 I believe) in which there is a disclaimer that not all wrinkles will be removed. I did not expect deep seated wrinkles to come out but thought the smaller ones would. Now I have this large machine in that room which serves no purpose. Can I return it?
