[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first pulled this headset out of the box, it immediately felt like quality gear. It’s light but sturdy, and the cushions are ridiculously soft — the kind you forget you’re even wearing. I’ve gone through long gaming nights with it on, and it never once felt uncomfortable or too tight.
The sound is where it really impressed me. Everything comes through clean and balanced — footsteps, gunshots, even little background noises you’d normally miss. In competitive matches, that extra clarity makes a huge difference. You can actually tell where things are happening, which gives you an edge.
The mic does its job well too. My teammates hear me clearly without static or background noise, so I don’t have to repeat myself mid‑match. And the build feels solid enough that I’m not worried about it breaking anytime soon.

Great headphones, just what I needed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pair of headphones took a bit to set up with my computer, but we got there! I love these headphones and they are just what I needed, they connect well with my laptop and the Logitech app where you can adjust the mic settings and even coordinate the lights to match your laptop. The mic is top quality, very pleased with the performance compared to other sets I had. Sound quality is pretty good as well, but not very soundproof. The headphones themselves are comfortable to wear, I could go a couple hours without any issues. The lightspeed/bluetooth setting is a nice touch, I personally used the lightspeed a lot more (but it does drain more battery). In terms of battery life, I would say it’s pretty good, only needed to charge it twice so far and got many many hours of usage.

Incredible, Stylish Headphones

Excellent Multi-Purpose Gaming Headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the audio quality is crystal clear, with special attention paid to directional audio/panning. My last pair of headphones were a slightly higher priced pair of Sonys, and while those offered a noticeably warmer sound for music, this is perfect for immersive gaming. The headphones are also plenty comfortable, even after long sessions. The earpads are a durable and soft tight-knit fabric, which seems more resistant to sweat and skin oil than the usual faux-leather option (nothing worse than when those start to peel!). They don't have true noise cancelling, but are about as soundproof as you can offer without it.
The microphone quality is similarly high. It's slightly tinny for recording as is, but perfect for chatting. The mic is not on an arm, but instead a slightly flexible and durable plug-in attachment. This is great if you want multi-use headphones and worry about damaging the mic, but may be a downside if you have no intentions of using them without it.
The headphones can connect wirelessly either through Bluetooth or a 'Lightspeed' low-latency dongle, and you can flip between them at a press of a button, perfect for conveniently flipping from a PC or console to your phone and back. There's an optional app that lets you change additional settings (like the LED colors, I think?), but it will refuse to interface if your headphones aren't on the current firmware, which I keep forgetting to do. Fortunately, you never have to touch the app if you don't want to.
Overall, these aren't just great gaming headphones, but great multi-use headphones for people who love video games. I'm as happy with them walking on the treadmill or doing chores as I am going through my Steam backlog or listening to stream VODs. Love it!

Better buttons/padding/adapter
​A definite step up, these are much easier to wear for longer periods (just keep sweat off of them). The controls are an improvement, with a physical switch for power and a push-in/pop-out voice button. The tactile feedback is pretty nice. The smaller adapter is also less cumbersome and easier to fit into ports along side other plugged in accessories.

Flawless Connectivity!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The G522 gaming headset has been a major upgrade for our 9 year old gamer! He plays mostly Minecraft and Fortnite so a headset is great for talking with his friends!
The light speed connection worked flawlessly, but it also works great wired on our PS5. He also uses this headset on his iPad since he “loves the noise cancelling and comfort.”
This headset has proven to be more than durable and has had zero connectivity or battery life issues at all! Less distraction from the fun! 10/10 recommend!

Lightweight, comfortable, and great sound!

The headset feels super lightweight. I can wear it all day for gaming, music, movies, or video calls and it never feels uncomfortable. Even with glasses it is still fine to wear. The ear pads are soft and breathable too.
The sound quality is very good. Games feel immersive, music has clear detail with good bass, and my calls come through sharp. I also like that I can adjust the EQ in the app and save it to the headset so it feels customized for me.
The mic is great as well. My parents told me I sounded much clearer on calls. I also like how versatile it is. I use LIGHTSPEED wireless on my PC, Bluetooth on my Mac and iPhone, and I can plug it in with USB when I need to. The battery lasts a long time so I do not have to charge it often.
The design is sleek and the lighting on the headset looks really cool.
Overall, this has become my go to headset for almost everything.

Total Immersion without Wires Logi G522 LIGHTSPEED
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light weight but feels quality. Adjustable head strap and super soft fabric cups make for a comfortable extended playtime. Easiy to go from wireless connectivity, to type-c without loosing sound or chat with friends. Then switch to Bluetooth when i am away from my po on my phone and need to listen to something privately. Mic attaches easily and sounds excellent. Can be muted with the push of a button. All buttons are easy to push unlike some headsets with tiny buttons. Adjustable strap can be taken off for cleaning. All audio input and output, as well as the RGB can be djusted using the Ghub app on your po, or download the app on your phone. This is.
Much quicker method and you dont need to exit out of your game. The app is straight forward. Not that you need to use Ghub. Its pretty much plug and play. I can walk through most of my house and still listen to music on my PC. The only con i can think of is the price with the quality of everything combined,
