From the durability and sleekness of the style and quality there is no comparison.
Being able to sear my steak at over 500 degrees and then grill my wings and ribs at 335 degrees with an app on my phone is Next Level!!!

Versatility and so easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my 800 for 2 and a half years and love it. I have smoked ribs, brisket, roasts, turkey whole and drumsticks, ham, pork butt and shoulder, pork loin to name most. I love being able to use lump charcoal, briquettes, and wood chunks. Being able to start it, set the temp and let it go is great. Keeps such an even temp. Absolutely love it. Looking forward to some tomahawk and other steaks this summer. Also have an upright smoker to review.

Great do it all grill!

Reunited With My Masterbuilt Family!
I moved two years ago and could not fit my Gravity 560 into the truck. My very lucky neighbor was the beneficiary of a free Masterbuilt. I mourned not having it for almost a year when I ran into a Gravity 1050 on sale at a local hardware store. I took it as a sign and bought it on the spot. I enjoyed building it and getting reunited with the amazing gravity feed process of smoking meats over charcoal. With the larger grill I now have more to share with the family and neighbors. I love the ability to check on my grill via the app. I also have a komodo grill but don't use it as much as I was always having to check to make sure the temperature was maintained. If I don't have time for a full 12-15 hour smoke I start out smoking the meat for a while and then can quickly set the temp to grill-level, giving a smokier flavor to my grilled meats. Many of my co-workers around the country have Masterbuilts so many meetings start with a sharing of what's been on everyone's grill. I highly recommend these grills for their ease of use and excellent smoking capabilities.

My favorite smoker of all time!!

It’s so versatile I was able to replace several smokers with this single unit!! It produces offset quality food with the ease of computer controlled temps! It is the best smoker out there, love it!!

Best smoker I've ever used by far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my gravity series smoker/ from for almost 2 years now and couldn't be more happy with it. Everything about it is so easy to use and works so well. I previously had a vertical electric smoker and my friends have pellet grills and the flavor from my gravity series from blows them all away. I've used it almost every week (even in our cold upstate New York winters) since I got it. I've cooked everything from pulled pork and ribs to steaks and burgers to mac and cheese to rotisserie chicken (the rotisserie attachment is also outstanding by the way) and so much more and it hasn't let me down once. My only regret is that I didn't get the larger size because now every cookout is at our house and I sometimes need more space

It's simple to load the chimney with your favorite charcoal (lump or briquette), toss in a handful your choice wood chips for flavoring--set & monitor for perfection! Absolutely love this and all the continuous development that keeps coming (a pizza oven option now!? Love it!) Definitely happy I made the choice to go with Masterbuilt, and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 yrs ago and cook on it at least 3 times a week and smoke on it more everyone loves the ribs and chicken wings smoked on it one of the best purchases I’ve made only thing had to replace was the control panel was January and cold and I cracked the power button contacted Masterbuilt they were great hade the new one in about a week, I’m trying to make this last as long as I could can’t afford a bigger one but if I could I would deff upgrade I also have 2 friends buy one because of my recommendation
