This range is fire!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few weeks ago and we're so happy we did. We are slowly changing our kitchen appliances to stainless steel as they wear out and this range matches our dishwasher and above range microwave perfectly. All of our appliances are Maytag, which is the only brand that I'll own, as I trust it so much. My parents only ever had Maytag, so I have a lifelong history with the brand and know how well they hold up, usually 20 years or more. I am a college trained culinary professional and this range is the most powerful I have ever cooked with outside of a restaurant kitchen. The oven preheats very quickly and the burners put out some serious btus. The new features such as convection baking and airfrying are welcome additions that we have really come to appreciate. With its great performance, wonderful features, and reasonable price, I would recommend this range to anyone in the market for a high performance durable gas range.

Love the new gas range!

Top of the line without the cost

Piezo electric starters are great.

Had a minor startup problem when the top burner selected did not light right away and I got a small explosion. Figured out the correct way to start the top burners now so there's no problems at this time.

Happy Customer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used my oven 1 week, but so far, I love it. I was nervous about switching to a gas appliance. I haven't used one in 40 years, but WOW how they have changed. The air fry is a wonderful addition. I used the convection and it's a dream. I haven't used the regular bake yet. The stove top worked great. The oven is beautiful. I had a glass top, so this oven will not be as easy to keep clean, that is a concern, but I'm sure I will be extra careful not to soil it. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. C-M Appliance Center are great people to work with.

Excellent Maytag Gas Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new gas range for less than a month, but it has performed excellently so far.
I have tried the bake, broil and air fry features of the oven, and have used all the burners on top. I particularly like that this unit has a nice, big oven that will accommodate large sheet pans easily. I am also very impressed that the oven preheats so quickly. On top, my favorite features are the power burner and the simmer burner. It is very nice to have both. A pot of water or stock boils very quickly, and the simmer feature is wonderfully low for melting chocolate or steaming cream.
Additionally, I want to add that the light inside the oven is great. It is very bright when the door is open, and bright enough to see the contents of the oven clearly when the door is closed. I also like the hidden bake element. It gives the interior of the oven a streamlined look, and I know the floor of the oven will be easier to clean when I have to clean it in the future.
I am very pleased with this Maytag unit.

The only thing that i don't lie if that their is no lock feature on the rouchscreen. It would be nice to have that feature so you aren't turning things in when trying to clean it.

As far as cooking/baking… This range ignites and heats very quickly, which is fantastic! The stove has different-sized burners and the large burners actually work well with my large pots/pans. The grates are heavy-duty. Each burner has different BTUs for different cooking needs. The cooktop is a solid piece, with a good coating, and easy to wipe clean. The 2 large burners on the front are bigger than most of my regular cooking pans. I can move my pots and pans anywhere on my cooking top. I really like the knobs for gas flow, they are smooth and easy to adjust. The 5.8 oven space is very large and will be plenty of space for the holidays. The matching look with the other appliances in my kitchen is quite nice.
The oven is roomy and comes with three shelves. I’ve baked four times using the convection setting and it baked perfectly. A nice feature is that the oven will auto-adjust the temperature when you use the convection oven. It’s very convenient. Haven’t had it long enough to try out the oven’s cleaning feature, yet. Large oven, Convection Oven, and regular oven features now bring oven temperature to the temperature I selected. I love the Convection oven Auto Convect Conversion and use it all the time! LOVE the power burner-cooks quickly. Been so busy enjoying my NEW range.
This model Maytag had all the features we were looking for and then some. The fact the bottom drawer can be used for storage while others have the broiler was a main feature while the true convection oven was an added bonus.
This range is the main focus point in my kitchen. The stainless is “fingerprint-less”, so no smudges to keep wiping down.
Overall, gas is over electric, any day. And I have no regrets about this one!

Extremely high end look and feel

The stainless finish somehow gives me a pretty good feel by just looking at it. I love that it comes with all the features that I wanted. I can air fry/bake with big room (finally got to use my big baking pans which’s too big for my counter one!)…The oven does the job pretty well even though it works a little different than my counter one (temperature varies somehow). So far I’m pretty happy with the stove and I’m sure it will last for many years!

It has a ton of great features like the power preheat, which is one of my favorites since I hate waiting long for an oven to preheat! Another nice feature is the air fryer basket which allows me to have more counter space by no longer needing a solo air fryer! The grates are easily removable for easy access cleaning. Overall really high quality and durable!

Exactly What I Needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this oven for a month now and I have gotten so many compliments. This oven is gorgeous and has the exact features I was looking for. It’s not perfect but it’s close. This oven is jam packed with awesome features that would normally just take up space on my counter. The air fryer built in isn’t perfect and I’ve noticed that I need to set the temperature higher than normal but still just having an air fryer is amazingly convenient. The best feature I love is the power preheat, which gets the oven to the desired temp so fast!

One of the best gas stoves i have had

I have never had the Maytag brand before in any of their products but as a first time user of the gas range stove, i am so happy. My husband likes the do it yourself projects so the install was all on him. He did an amazing job and said that it was very easy to install. The gas came on effortlessly on all of the stove burners. It is absolutely beautiful inside the oven itself for the air-fry. The air-fry does wonders for me since i love making air-fry recipes. This is by far the best appliance i have had in my house. It works great. Highly recommend.

Great Upgrade from Old Gas Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gas range arrived about a week ago and so far so good. I have only two peeves. One, the clock is not visible at a distance, but only up close and looking down at the panel. Also, there is no open space on the back wall of the range where the natural gas take can hide. Because of this, my range is not fully backed up against the kitchen wall. Other than that, the burners heat great as does the oven.
