Only freezer with 10 year compressor warrantee
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new freezer replace a freezer which was over 50 years old and it was still running good. I hope this new freezer lasts just as long.
After installing, we loaded it up and it immediately cooled down and is running fine. We did purchase another shelf to better use the interior space.
It would be nice if it had a temperature sensor display and a door alarm.

Like the shelving and door storage as stuff don't fall thru the door shelves. Also the rollers on the bottom makes it easy to move around. Much more efficient than my old one.

A good replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old freezer quit and I picked this one because it fit in my space and the brand name. I do think it has thicker walls for helping maintain the internal temperature and the shelves are easy to adjust. The basket on the bottom is smaller than my old one. There are slots in the door shelves that allow for air flow, but some smaller items can fall out.

Quiet compressor

Hoping we can get something close to that from this new upright. We are pleased with the easy access to our food in this upright over the prior chest freezer. It also takes up much less floor space. We are also pleased with the quiet operation of our new Maytag.

Great replacement for an older chest freezer

Frost free!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Have had it a month or so. What I really like is that it’s frost free. The last freezer I had for more than 25 years was a commercial freezer but we had to defrost it every year. Hope this one lasts as long as my last one without the need to defroat

Good value for the money.
