Maytag is TOPS

I am so happy that Maytag still has a refrigerator available without the water dispenser in the door because it is something that I don't use and it just takes up space in the freezer compartment. Very attractive appliance looks good in my kitchen.

Nice refrigerator

I like the sleek design of the stainless steel and the smudge free version makes it even better. I had a black stainless before this one and it was hard to keep clean. I also wanted one without a water dispenser and ice maker and this one does not have one. You have the option of installing an ice maker if desired. Much more room without and less likely to leak water which was an issue with my old fridge.

Quiet and great features

Great side-by-side with plenty of freezer space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a month ago to replace the model year 2009 Frigidaire side-by-side in my garage. I specifically sought out a unit WITHOUT an ice maker; that way we have 20% more usable freezer space. This Maytag unit is nicely designed, yet simple. Just one thing about "simple" - It only has push button settings for the temperature level, plus a slide panel to decrease the freezer's temp. It is lacking a digital read out.

Nice step up in size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying the larger capacity and better layout of a 36" side-by-side. We had a 24" shallow fridge before, with a bottom freezer that my wife found inconvenient. This configuration is easier to keep organized so we don't lose track of food.
