Great product that is long lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our first Maytag refrigerator in 1976. Including this one We have only owned 4 in the last 50 years! Maytag has consistently been our appliance of choice for that reason. None of those refrigerators were replaced because they had broken down but rather because a larger appliance was needed. Two of the three continued in service as a second fridge in the garage. The third was still working but no longer needed when it was removed. Maytag has always been a great product. The new fridge is exceptional in keeping the correct temperature thru-out it and the freezer with a ton of ice cubes always available It's easy to set and adjust and like its predecessors will give us many years of service. Thank you

great cooling
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The airflow, cooling, crisping, ice production, and temperature are all fine. The only reason that I did not give it a 5 is that it is a bit noisy. I believe it is the ice maker feature that is noisy, not the fridge motor itself,

Thought it would be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a bit disappointed either way my new fridge. The snack drawer does not fit correctly. The replacement is on back order. My freezer keeps “over cooling” Leaving random ice and icicles in the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it for a few weeks now. But I have to say Maytag needs to address their inner draw design as the snack draw keeps falling off it's track. Actually, we might think of returning it, because of that issue alone.

Poor design - deli drawer falls out
The deli drawer keeps falling out, and it appears to be a design issue. The drawer has now fallen out so many times that the drawer is now cracked.

Poorly designed snack shelf.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the refrigerator except the poorly designed snack drawer. I had to remove the snack drawer because if you put a few things in it the drawer falls down on top of the shelf under it. I did report this to the number listed in my owners booklet and a service man was sent out.
The service man looked over the situation and he was unable to resolve it. It seems to be a design flaw and if I had known about this problem I would not have bought this refrigerator.

POOR DESIGN
THE SNACK DRAW CONTINUOUSLY FALLS OFF ITS GUIDES. THE DRAW IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH TO STAY IN THE TRACKS. I HAD TO PUT SHIMS BETWEEN THE FRIGE WALL AND THE GUIDESTHE DRAW GUIDES SO IT WONT FALL OUT. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS CAN BE,,
