So happy with this product!
I love this appliance! My 6 year old KitchenAid was giving me spots and unclean dishes at the end of a 4 hour ‘pro’ cycle. I tried everything: added two soap tabs, serviced the water softener, and mostly washed the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Still not clean, still spotty glassware.
The Miele is a dream come true! I love that it has 3 racks and the one on top is for flatware and utensils. I was skeptical about this at first: taking the time to ‘file’ the silverware seemed more time consuming than tossing it into a basket. Wrong! I no longer have to bend down to place it in and to take it out. It’s spotless!
The time to wash is adjustable. I can do a quick wash in under an hour and they are DRY! Even the plastic ware.
I would point out that this machine comes with a plug in - is not hardwired. I needed to pay for a plug installation above the price I was charged for installing the dishwasher.
Also want to mention that the folks at The Miele Showroom were SUPER helpful in explaining the features and functionality of their products. Don’t hesitate to go there. The salespeople at the dealers cannot possibly know the many details for each model of appliances and furnishings they sell.
Yes, it’s pricey. Worth every dollar to me. As much as a dishwasher can change my life, this one has! My husband is delighted that nearly every day now I say I just love this dishwasher!
