I got this vacum thinking Miele is good,but after using once don't liked, doesn't move easily. You have to pull if you change places. Is heavy, no good on low pile rugs.suction is good on wood floor.going to change for basic Miele with bag

Disappointed
Very overpriced. The vaccum performs lousy on sgag carpeting. The parts are made of cheap plastic. I want my Hoover back.
