Obsessed.
I’ve always loved Miele vacuums, and this one is no different. Especially for the price. My floors look great! Being a pet owner, it is difficult to keep the house nice, but the sucking power of this vacuum is so great, you’d never know we had pets. 10/10 recommend.

I LOVE this vacuum!
I love everything about this vacuum! 360 degree swivel, quiet, attachments, lightweight, and the suction is truly unbelievable. I have it on the quiet, normal setting and the suction is great! If I put it on the rug setting, it actually picks up my throw rugs that's how powerful the suction is. So I just keep it on quiet, normal for everything. Reasonably priced as well. . I had a dyson which I hated, so glad I bought this Miele. I have 6 cats and I'm always vacuuming up litter off the floor, my Dyson just pushed the litter, but my Miele sucks it up no problem. It works great on all the fur on the cat condos and my furniture. The only CON is that the floor attachment doesn't fit under some of my furniture, low bookcases for instance. So I just put a smaller attachment on for that. I am very very happy with this purchase!

Best vacuum ever
I have another Miele and love it but hate carrying it up and down stairs so I bought another! This one is perfect for my hardwood floors. All attachments work with this one. So cleaning options are limitless. I love Miele. There is no comparison when it comes to power and ability. I’m very glad to find this at a great price from pc richards. I needed it, looked it up online, drove down to the store, bought it then brought it home and used it all within one hour. Can’t be happier

Great vacuum. Easy to maneuver everywhere and store. Bought this vacuum over 25 years ago and gave it to my daughter . Now her kids help clean the floors as did their mother.

Very good machine for the price.
Machine performs as expected. In hindsight, as an 80 year old I should have purchased a unit with a power head since it takes some effort vacuuming carpeting. Otherwise, satisfied with purchase.

Excellent product
It’s a great vac for the price. I always love a Miele. The only thing that I don’t like about it is where the tools sit. They sit on the vac itself and it’s a bit cumbersome. My old one had a compartment above the bag compartment for the tools and that was better. I wasn’t aware of this before I purchased it. It wouldn’t have stopped me from buying it but I like my old set up better

Not for me
It is very loud for being a Miele. I actually do not like this vacuum at all even Though it has a very strong suction. It is light and very easy to maneuver. There is no comparison with the more expensive Miele.

My C1 died, I have all of the attachments but no idea where to have it repaired. Can I buy the FilterAire and use my C1 power head and attachments?

A unit with an electric powerhead will handle low-high pile carpet as well as bare floors. The best way to see the differences is to visit your local store.
