Cleans well. I very much like the twindos system, which dispenses the correct amount of detergent automaically. Spin gets clothes nearly dry. Phone alert when done is nice. Stingy with hoses. Needs to be close to drain and water supply

Good looking washing machine
Its a great washing machine and very technologically advance, so it took a bit of learning to figure out. Once you get used to it, it was good and clothes came out looking very clean. Very convenient with the twindos concept. The app took a few tries to connect, but once it’s working. It’s great and I can check the machine status and twindos level via app. Would suggest to read the manual and learn about the machine first before using especially with the twindos setting and water hardness level.

Great machine with too many bells and whistles.
The TwinDos system is not something I will use, so I could have bought a unit without that feature. I'm sure the automatic detergent system works well, but you are stuck with buying your detergent from Miele, which is quite expensive. That said, this is a great machine. Solidly built, fairly quiet, and it gets clothes clean. It has many settings I will never use, but that is not a negative, as they might be just the ones you find yourself using.

Electronics nightmare
This machine is the subject of nightmares. I must be the only person who is having an ongoing argument with their washing machine. It has its own detergent system which I have no interest in using and have to constantly deactivate. But the machine constantly sends texts to insist that I use its own detergent system. I am in constant fear that it will lock me out like Hal in 2001.
It does a respectable job on my fancy sheets which is what I bought it for, but it does a really lousy job on towels.
The electronics are a nightmare and it takes a extraordinary length of time to wash anything.
