More problems
Installation did not go well. The door and two sliding drawers are not aligned properly. Will need two servicemen to return and adjust properly. Purchased this refridgerator to replace an almost identical 12 year old Thermador that had two years of repeated attempts to fix issues with the ice machine. Never was fixed. Not confident that Thermador products are reliable.

Kit install was easy
Installers used this kit and did not have any issues - replaced a plastic line - so this should last longer and be less prone to leaks

Speak up for yourself
Fast installation with me needing to move items from underneath my counter but He tried to charge me extra until I refused to pay extra for a longer cord. Please be aware that everything is paid for upfront before service in rendered.

Not so happy with this refrigerator
It claimed that the refrigerator would be fingerprint proof but it definitely is NOT!!! It’s frustrating to constantly be wiping it down because with one touch there’s a fingerprint. Drawers don’t slide in and out right, they stick. Overall, not very happy with my purchase

Do not use this tubing.
This tubing made the water taste like rubber. Technician came twice and I finally insisted to change it to copper.
