Netgear/Orbi solid performance
Recent upgrade to a Orbi 8 system and our previous modem could not handle it so we installed the netgear 3.1, modem is super fast and it a perfect match with the new Orbi system.

Excellent Modem

Modem works great for my office needs!

Replaced Cox Modem
I replaced the modem I was renting from Cox. Everything working as it should. Waiting on a new Netgear wireless router to match with the modem. Hopefully connection speed will increase.

Works great!
Had to replace a 3.0 with a 3.1. Spectrum changed protocols and never notified me until I called them to find out why my internet wasn't working. This was a quick need and it solved all the problems created by Spectrum.

excellent modem
Excellent product thus far. Simple plug and play installation and connectivity with my routers. The only recommendation I would make is that it needs more than 1 RJ45 port, but I'm not a tech wiz so I don't know how much that matters on a modem. Whatever the case, its worked very well in the week that I've had it.

Needed Upgrade
We needed to upgrade our modem. After reviewing several options both in-store and on-line, I reviewed our best option with our IT person at work. He said he has the same modem on his system at home and said it would be a great choice. Decision was made and installation was fairly easy, even for a non-IT tech guy. New modem works so much better.
