Nighthawk Crushes Surfboard
OMG, the Nighthawk is so much less frustrating than the Surfboard. The Arris product was always acting up and forcing us to reboot it. It kept getting worse and worse. Getting frustrated reading my comics was the last straw.
Every night I like to read my comics to unwind. I have three Bookmark Folders with 9 or 10 different comics in each one. I used to be able to right click on the folder, and then click on

This is the first router in 15 years. To long. Easy set up and comcast didn’t even take forever to get online. Should’ve done this sooner. Great product and performing as expected. Nice job netgear.

Pleased with product
A bit time consuming to hook up and instructions were difficult for one not tech savvy. Afterwards the WiFi has been much better than before. No difficulties. Much better service.

World of a Difference
We've used Netgear modems/routers for the last 15 years, and just recently upgraded to the NightHawk CAX80. WOW! No more random dead spots in our home, and we finally have a modem capable of delivering the speed we pay for. If you're looking to future proof your home, go with NightHawk.

Big upgrade
I upgraded from an older Netgear model. I’m now getting ultra fast internet. Was pretty easy to set up. Also an area in the other side of the house that had poor signal now works better. So I have no complaints. I’d recommend.

Excellent Connection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my 3.0 outdated netgear router to the new Nighthawk CAX80 and was not disappointed! My internet speed tripled as I was paying for 1GB internet through my provider but was throttled at 500mb because my previous router was outdated. It was definitely worth the upgrade and the setup process of the CAX80 router was easy with their Nighthawk app!

RAX 120 - Just Right
Upgraded from Xfinity stock router and was instantly miles ahead in terms of connection stability. Appreciate app control and ability to turn on mixed auto 2.4/5ghz channels. Handles smart home appliances with no problem.
