Great modem and router.
Upgraded from a piece of junk Cox cable recycles as new (with other people's dust inside) that failed after 11 months. This thing is built nicely, signal strength is incredible, and it looks like it will dissipate heat well.

New Nighthawk
Purchased a new NetGear Night hawk to replace my previous NetGear router modem. The Nighthawk has better WIFI coverage than the old one. I can work from my patio with a better more reliable signal.

Was just using a modem and router mesh system. But it would buffer and I would have to reset constantly, so I got this and don't have that problem anymore.

Works Well
Does what it's supposed to. We have Xfinity, and I've noticed my WiFi isn't as fast as it was before on my Xfinity modem/router. Wired connections are just as fast as before.

This modem/router has been reliable for us which is much more than I can say about our service provider, Xfinity. They keep on saying there is a problem with our Nighthawk AC1900 and they try pushing us to acquire one of their units on a monthly basis once they can't fix a connection issue. Then the next day , the AC1900 is working fine!!

Just what I needed.
Struggled with mediocre speeds for years but no more! Finally found a cable modem wifi combo that has 4 wired ports and decent speed. Wired ports are getting scarce.

Quick and easy.
Setup was fast and easy. To be honest, xfinity was more of a problem in the setup then the router. But now that's it's set, I have no dropped signal or lag.

Quick and easy fix

The device was easy to equip and set up , also speed and connection are top tier . you can’t beat the price . Phone and internet service charge you and arm and leg to lease a box of theirs , when you can have your own and take with you if you ever move. Just ask your provider to add the service and you save so much more money

Great space saver
Our old router was fried from a bad storm - wanted to be safe and get a new modem and found this one that is a 2 in one!! It’s been great so far - it was a little glitchy using the app to set up and took forever to save/connect to change the name of the WiFi but when I used my computer it was better. So far we are enjoying it and it’s taking up less space and less cords which is a win!!

Loyal customer of Netgear for years, trust worthy products. Needed more mbps. This Nighthawk meets our current and any potential future needs. Sufficient for all our devices. Super fast buffering. Easy setup. Well worth the money. The Nighthawk will pay for itself less than a year, so you can forget about the monthly rental fees for modem routers provider the your internet provider. Easy Set up
I needed to upgrade my Wi-Fi and the Netgear Nighthawk was recommended. I put off changing the modem for a rainy day as it felt like something that would be painful and take all day. I am happy to report the set up was very easy and seamless and I was up and running great in no time.

It’s so great. I don’t know how they fit in such a small package. This modem/router is the best one I’ve ever had in my life. The Internet’s always supreme and top-notch and never misses a beat no more lack spikes hip hip hooray.
