Easy setup.
Very easy to setup. It helped that I was replacing an older Netgear router. I love the 10GB port which will allow me to add a 10GB switch in the near future when I upgrade an access point to Wifi 7.

Replacing existing router
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing existing 8 year old router, the signs were there with dropping signals and loose connection. Decided to replace with same brand, was very easy to set up and didn't have to add a new APP to my phone. Works well on a mid size single level home with multiple devices. I'm a returning customer to NETGEAR, if I can get 6-8 years out of this one, I'll be happy.

Very easy setup
I tried two other routers ( other brands) with no success. When I received the nighthawk, I was able to install it in less than 15 minutes, it would have been faster if my modem restarted faster. Great product.

Great Product
I love the security with this router. Easy setup and very good reach. I have a one story home, 4400 sf, so I use extenders on three sides. It hooked up to them without any problems. So happy!

Great product great cost
As someone who is not very technical, this was incredibly easy to set up, and so convenient to be able to do it all right from my phone with the app. I hadn't gotten a new router in over 10 years and this was a reasonably priced upgrade.

Huge upgrades.

After sudden slow bandwidth on old browser, to no problems and great speed...no comparison! Few problems with setup - I was particular with how I wanted it set up and it initially resisted me. But I asserted my authority and everyone is playing nicely now! Superb speed and coverage - couldn't ask for more. Thx, Netgear!

Nighthawk Router
Purchased the router as a replacement. It has performed perfectly for me. I noticed when I am printing wireless there's no delay like the previous router, even if I am downstairs on my laptop. The setup was extremely easy. I was able to setup all my devices easily. Would recommend this router, especially if you live in a two story residence.

Love my Netgear!
The Netgear Knighhawk is fast and I enjoy using it. It allows me to let guests use it and change my password quickly. I had to call support and they also were great.

First nighthawk router
I’ve seen these routers for years and finally picked one up when our old router from another company started needing to be reset every day. Setup was easy enough. The only thing that was weird is even though the network name and password we setup was the same as our previous router, many items around the house needed to be signed into as if it were a new name. Didn’t have this issue when we setup our previous router. Speeds are great no dead zones in the house.

I had an older, EOL, Nighthawk and replaced it with newer model. Netgear gave me a 20% discount and had it here in short order. I am very happy with the unit and using the app, installation was seamless.

Excellent small home network router

The setup was so quick and simple and being able to extend my Ethernet to a WiFi router is great for multi level homes. I’ve got several TVs, speakers and gaming systems wired in, greatly improving speed!
