Love It!
I was skeptical when I ordered due to all the hype over another certain brand but we already had iFIT with our Treadmill and were impressed with the workouts. But with the huge screen on the bike I find myself immersed in the surroundings-places like Thailand, Tuscany, our National Parks, not to mention the numerous classes. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Excellent Home gym Addition
Started building the family a home gym at the beginning of the pandemic. The S27i is the latest addition to the stable and fits nicely in a garage with a treadmill, weight rack, free weights, TRx, and such. The quality of the bike looks and feels commercial.
It has the range to challenge those interested in steady-state or high-intensity training. Overall, it's a welcomed piece kit for the family's gym.

Great Bike
I’ve had this bike since November 2022 and so far I have loved it. The rides are great and I definitely think I made a good choice in purchasing this bike. You may read some reviews about the screen, going blank and stuff not working, but as of today I have had no issues with my screen or my bike whatsoever.

Love my bike but support is really hard to get if you have a problem
I love my new bike. I use it every day. My only complaint is it took me days to get a hold of someone to tech-support. I submitted 2 support tickets that went unanswered. I finally had to sit on the phone for an hour and a half to get with someone to talk to someone.

This has been a good purchase.
We bought the S27i in June 2022. We have had it 8 months now. My husband has always loved his street bicycle. He has done A LOT of street rides. He loves the mountains for climbing. Consequently, I was curious as to how he would take to this indoor cycle. The verdict is in - he absolutely loves this bicycle. The large screen makes you feel immersed in the location that you choose to ride. You have a choice of locations and instructors. It really is worth every penny. I have ridden it also. I am not a serious rider like he is and there are plenty of ride choices for me too. We are so happy with it that we are thinking about getting the NordicTrack elliptical too now. 2-6-2023

I absolutely love this bike!
I absolutely love this bike! My wife has a peloton bike which she loves, but would not let me use it. Doing some research on exercise bikes I came across the NordicTrack S27i & the reviews on this bike are stellar. Especially the mtn bike rides with auto incline & decline feature. With the large 27" screen, it keeps you well immersed in the experience. The ergonomics are very adjustable for a custom fit. The bike is very smooth to pedal & quiet too! Putting it together was not difficult either. This bike is a direct competitor to the Peloton bike. Although I would give the S27i the 1 up! This is a 5 Star Exercise bike that I highly recommend.

What happened to the leaderboard?
I understand that there were legal issues with Peleton, but have a leader board is important for me, and I may return to Peleton. You should be able come up with something!

Love It
I don’t really have anything to compare it to but the few bikes I’ve ridden at the gym hold no candle to my Nordictrack. I love the elevation changes I experience the whole nine. I really haven’t tried the settings to much I just let my instructor adjust it but it’s been great so far. I have about 30 rides on it and I’ve only had it about a month so haven’t missed a day yet.

Big is better
This is my second NordicTrack bike. High quality in both cases but this bike has a huge screen which I absolutely love-just like being there. Traveling the world, exercising while learning about the places you train with IFit and this massive screen really can't be beat. Love it.

So far so good!
I bought my S27i when I was unable to run due to injury. After an adjustment period, it has turned into one of my favorite exercise activities. I really enjoy the different challenges and have started a travel list based off of places I've "ridden"! I'm so glad I bought this machine!

When my husband first mentioned investing in a studio bike, I was skeptical. I like to exercise outdoors and thought it would be just another piece of equipment collecting dust. Reluctantly, I agreed to buy one. After he put it together, I thought, wow that’s fancy. I must admit, I didn’t get on it right away. He started using it right away and I could hear the coaching going on behind the closed door. This intrigued me. I waited until he went to work, hopped on, and chose a beginner series workout. WOW! Tears of joy ran down my cheeks as the endorphins pumped through my body. I was hooked. I use it everyday from cycling to stretches and everything in between. The Studio Bike s27i is one of the best investments we’ve ever made. Also, the athletes are top notch and keep me going! They complete the workout.

Fitness Plan
I have completed 35 workouts in the last 1.5 months. I especially like the outdoor rides. I also like being able to switch up with yoga and strength classes. Paying for family membership and I need to get my spouse up and running on iFit classes. Bike is operating flawlessly.

Good System
Good exercise bike but almost too small for someone that is 6’3”. It would be better if the seat and handle bars had 2” more adjustment. Everything else is great.

Good but could be great with a few tweaks.
The S27i is a great bike. So many great features and only 2 areas that need improvement.
Areas needing improvement is (1) the time you spend in the warm up and cool downs should be calculated in your stats. Currently it is not. I can ride an additional 12 minutes and ride an additional 12 miles in the warm up and cool down phase but it doesn't calculate it. (2) I wish it was compatible with Fit Bit. Currently it is only compatible with Apple watch/products.
Other than those 2 things, I love my S27i bike and the numerous rides and fitness programs for all levels. My favorites are the beach/island rides. The larger screen, the BUILT IN FAN, not being forced to buy & wear cycle shoes, and the automatic incline and resistance is what made me choose the S27i over Pelaton. I also love that some of the instructors also provide facts about the location your ride is taking place in. You get a history lesson with your ride.

Very much enjoy this bike
I am using my Studio S271 bike most every day. I really enjoy the outdoor rides from different parts of the world. It makes my works fun. My only complaint is that Ifit needs to do a better job synchronizing the bike resistance and tilt with the terrain and/or trainers comments.

LOVE the bike and the trainers. A bit bummed that we had to do all the setup ourselves and it makes noises (bearings?) so I just use my airpods while I ride. The trainers are amazing and the variety of rides are great - just need longer ones!

Mechanically if you’re sharing this machine w/family the seat/handlebar adjustments could be easier and smoother. The placement of water bottle and weights make it awkward to swing a leg over. The reset button for screen should be clearly marked. The fan is noisy and the sound quality mediocre. Everyone finds the OEM seat uncomfortable and changes it. Software-wise since the leaderboard is gone it’d be nice if the graphs indicated how well I did against the parameters in each category. If I can’t compete with others at least I could compete with myself. Like, maybe I was 70% on-target w/RPM, 62% on incline, etc. Also, sometimes I wind up repeating rides in a series because for some reason it doesn’t remember I did them already and offers it up again. Weird. Anyway, overall we enjoy the bike’s large screen and smooth, quiet operation.
