Very Stable and Solid Treadmill
We have gone through a lot of treadmills between my wife and we have about 20,000 miles on treadmills. We know real quick if we are going to like it or not just based on how solid the surface is and to make sure there is not shaking. We were excited to get this treadmill and try it out for two reasons, #1 to make sure it was solid and stable, especially at 40% incline and #2 if i hit 40% would my head hit the ceiling of my 9ft ceiling (I am 6 ft tall). Once we received it and put it together, which was really easy to do we were really happy with the stability of the treadmill on the run and also at high incline. The treadmill is great and we are excited to have this new workout option to our routine. I received this product free of charge for sharing my unbiased opinion.

Best treadmill with so many excellent features!
We set this treadmill up last week and it was the easiest treadmill to set up to date! I love running and have tried out plenty of models and brands of treadmills and this X22i has the best stability and soft cushion platform. I feel like my knees will appreciate this treadmill the most yet and I look forward to a lot more workouts. The incline is insanely amazing and the built in fan makes this treadmill allows for the nicest treadmill we have had in our home yet. The large screen offers so many options in all of our workouts and this is will be getting lots and lots of miles as I run, walk or jog and have a comfortable experience all along the way. NordicTrack nailed it on this treadmill and this is an incentivized review, although I love everything about this treadmill and would give it 5 stars over and over.

Great incline features for hill workouts
One of my favorite things to do on a treadmill is hill workouts. The X22i is a great option for this, because you can set the incline all the way up to 40%. It also has sturdy grab bars at the top (and sides) for you to hold on to while you're doing the incline. It also lets you go DOWN hill up to 6%, which gives you an additional leg workout. The motor that changes the incline is also surprisingly quiet.
One downside is that you can only access the built-in programming if you pay for an additional iFit membership. The treadmill comes with a 30 day free membership but after that you have to pay. If you don't buy an iFit membership, all you get from the humongous screen is a readout of "walking" around a track.

When it comes to Nordictrack you know it stands for quaility. I love being able to use ifit on different machines I use in my home gym and able to track my workouts with ease. Machine took less than 30 minutes to set up, just took 3 people to carry the base into our basement. Overall I'm very happy with this machine.

Perfect Upgrade!
This machine is so nice, with the large screen, sturdy base, and easily operable IFit programming. The incline allows for the ability of taking advantage of the program fully rather than limiting the program. It was a bit heavy to bring in the house, but very easy to put together. It is very durable for different body shapes and sizes, in addition to different uses including running or walking at a high incline. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new treadmill, to look at this one in particular. It is normally something you would find in a gym and not a home environment.

Love how easy it is to use!
The NordicTrack X22i is my favorite new toy! I have thoroughly enjoyed using this treadmill to take fast paced walks and do some light running. I have always been a little intimidated by treadmills but this one has been amazing to use. It’s incredibly sturdy and it is a very user-friendly machine. With the quick touch of a button, I can change my incline or speed to make my workout more challenging or less challenging. I love that I can just hop on and walk while I watch TV just so I can get some extra steps in for the day. I’m so happy we added this piece of equipment to our home gym!

Dynamic, Easy to Use Incline Trainer
If you're looking for a dynamic, easy to use treadmill this is a great option. It is easy to assemble with two people but it very heavy. I enjoy walking at a steep incline and this treadmill was very comfortable to walk and run on. I enjoy the various workout programs the iFit subscription offers. The large screen and big cupholders are a huge plus! I was given this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest feedback.

Great Quality Home Treadmill
We recently added the NordicTrack X22i treadmill to our home gym and wanted to share our experience across the shipping, assembly, and use thus far.
Shipping: The treadmill is carefully packed and secured. The shipping pallet it comes on takes up quite some space so make sure you have a larger area where you can receive it and then unpack it. We used the garage which made unpacking and clean up a lot easier. You will need 2 people to unpack and move the larger and heavier treadmill component pieces.
Assembly: If you are assembling this yourself, the toughest part of assembly is simply moving the pieces to the location of where you want to assemble the treadmill. Once all pieces are there, I would estimate around 45-60 minutes to assemble the treadmill. Power tools are not needed and discouraged. You can use the hardware and tools they provide to assemble it. You’ll need a bit of help with some of the heavier parts as you tighten it into place.
Use: The treadmill is very stout. You feel very safe and stable regardless of the incline or speed in which you are using the machine. If you are worried about stability, there are many areas for you to hold on to for even further balance. The machine has a large and sharp screen which is eye catching. Changing the incline or speed is very intuitive and is located on the left and right side of the equipment. We opted to use the iFit membership and have been exploring their different content creators and instructors. If you want to move at your own pace, there is a manual option that allows you to walk or run on your own with no trainer. I’ve traveled off and on for 20 years and used countless hotel treadmills and this is probably on par with the nicest treadmills I have ever used. I’m extremely happy with the treadmill and our entire family is using safely.

Great, Durable and easy to use
The build quality is excellent, and the cushioned deck feels comfortable while running. The iFit subscription adds immense value, though the additional cost may not be for everyone. I love the incline and decline on it. It is such a great option to make you feel like you are going up and down on the road. This treadmill has easy access buttons on the machine to quickly go from running to walking in one button. This item was given to me for a reduced price in exchange for my honest feedback and I would recommend it.

Excellent addition to home gym
The treadmill is easy to put together but a bit on a heavy side
I enjoy running on this machine as it is not very hard and feels easy on the knees.
The ifit app has a lot of workouts to choose from to fulfill your needs no matter how you feel that day.
Connecting to a heart rate monitor is easy and very convenient. It is nice to not have to use the integrated monitor in the machine.
The cost of the ifit subscription is on par with their competitors from peloton, etc.
The extreme incline variation of this machine is a huge plus to me in varying the workout. I like to hike outside and being able to take this to high incline is great for training and preparation for hard hikes.
Controls and display feel good to use but the buttons around the display can be a bit slow.
Overall would recommend to anyone looking to add a treadmill to their life.

Love it!!
Got the Elite Treadmill 22 inch right before Christmas 2022 and absolutely love it. The whole family has been using it over the last month. Our old treadmill was 12 years old so this is a major upgrade. I liked that the screen was straight forward versus looking down as I look at my phone too much anyway and this keeps my neck up. Also love the incline, I don't do much over 20 yet but definitely doing 18-20 so glad I didn't settle for only 15 max incline. White glove set up was great, had a few minor things to tweak but otherwise setup was easy. Highly recommend.

Wanted the extra incline for the iFit hiking, etc. The elite is great and 22 inch screen is perfect. Better than I thought it would be. It's amazing. My wife and I love it. Enjoying trainers John Peel in the Alps and Paula Barreto in US National parks.

I am so happy with my Elite Treadmill (22 inch screen). There is so much room to walk or run that when your using your iFIT programs you never have to worry about hitting the stationary parts like I did with my past treadmill. The incline and decline of the bed of the treadmill as well as the speed changes are seamless and easy to transition with.The screen is perfect giving you the feeling you are in the same environment as your trainer. The crisp picture in the training series is wonderful.

Big Honking Treadmill
This treadmill is GIANT! I feel like I've stepped into my own person gym when I'm using it. I love that it has a wide range of incline. It can also decline! This treadmill has several places to rest your hands: a cross bar, side bars and two upper bars as well. It also had a large fan that can be tilted up or down. It's great for long workouts. The most noticeable thing about this treadmill is the huge screen where you can access the iFit program. Unfortunately, accessing iFit costs extra. Thankfully, you can still get a great workout in manual mode. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my opinion.

Not happy with white glove setup.
So far I love my Elite treadmill. I was not impressed with the (required) white glove set up as they did not set it up correctly and it took almost two months to receive. Other than that I am very happy with it.

LOVE IT
I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a few hiccups after delivery with the incline mechanism but since repaired I have been impressed. Look forward to each day. i am learning to run, which I didn’t think could be possible. I highly recommend.
I should add that I also have the bike, which is also awesome. I’ve had it since 2019.

Disappointed
The machine would be great if the "white glove" installers (who were horrible: tracked dirt in my house and dinged up the machine) had known a part was not functioning properly. Months after I started trying to contact support (emails, phone, chat), I finally reached someone. They said the part would send in a month, which was a month and half ago...there's still no ship date on the order.

Poor video, treadmill shakes at medium-high speeds, extremely poor support
The video stutters like crazy, and the music fails to stream half the time. This is with extremely strong and reliable internet, and a wifi router sitting 4 feet away with no interference. I can play the same ifit videos on my laptop in the same location without the slightest hiccup. The machine also shakes like heck over 7mph.
Support is absolutely horrific. My first response was 16 days, the followup was 13 days, and I'm currently waiting 16 days on the 3rd response. Phone support is no better, looping you around various reps until someone eventually disconnects on you.

Doesn’t work
Treadmill doesn’t work. Troubleshot over the phone and they determined it was a bad motor board. They sent a new one, I hooked it up, still unresponsive. The screen works and I can play the videos, treadmill just doesn’t run. They are now sending a tech out to try to fix. I didn’t pay for a refurbished, repaired and pieced treadmill. Paid for a new one and got a lemon. They should have just sent a new one and took the old one back. Bad business. Very disappointed.
